Woody or should I say Plank, I say you should find a nice tall tower block and jump off it! As you are obviously another ozzy toser!

You run the risk of being added to the Pinky & SS list, if I were you, I'd be bending over to apologise to Talpa and Drill and the rest of us who are appauled at you for starting such a thread in the first place.

You have clearly misunderstood the point of this thread. I have not and would not ask talpa to leave. I was happy for the thread to die after jumkie's response on page 1. As talpa said I did not make the ultimatum, I merely highlighted it as a) I thought it was crap and b) i wanted to show that the forum members thought differently to jumkie. The forum responded in the way I thought it would, including Barry who I've realized does have a heart even if he has no idea.

Jumkie said it was all games and I believe him. When I first read his ultimatum I was less sure that it wasn't serious. I will apologise to talpa if he feels wronged by this. I wont apologise to anyone else.

Oh and please explain what an 'ozzy toser' is.

You have already cracked the lid on pandoras box mate, my advice is dont continue to open the box

It's not really Woody's fault and shouldn't really cop this, Jumkie is the one who is asking other members to leave the forum, Woody has just highlighted it, as we've seen Jum really wants it to go away, but its there for all to see in the other thread.

So yes this thread is important, as it highlights the appalling behavior of some members when they lose arguments, I'm still waiting for the evidence, and am still prepared to go.

Jesus

You are making it difficult to get you off the hook, as you continue to paint yourself deeper into a corner. You're an ....., so dumb that you don't even know when you are screwing yourself over, haha. Its classic Talps, even here, who is making you leave? Huh? Is somebody forcing you to leave, as you try to frame it as "appalling behavior"? See how you twist? What is appalling, you always framing the discussion on pure delusional imagination. You constantly ignore what is said, so I'm calling you on your ......... Even here you can't stick to the point. I called you on it because I've stupidly decided to debate you, (I say stupid because I should know better what to expect from you, as its never gonna lead to anything logical.) One thing that I can't stand is you claiming I had suddenly changed what I've said before, knowing damn well what I've said (or being to stupid to have realized it). Not only that, but this topic about Sat night specials is public knowledge, so claiming I didn't know the accepted particulars is down right ........, hell I probably informed you about it since at one time you seemed so shocked to learn of its existence saying it was something I dreamed up from "area 51". What I've done was to try to make you stop and think about how stupid you sound. That's an attempt to get you to pause and think about what you say, IF we are to ever have an honest conversation, so I gave you an ultimatum, but your dumb ... accepted it, and now I got you by the balls dude, so don't go trying to gain some sympathy. I already said, you are free to stay, you are the one who accepted the bet, did you not? So you put yourself in this predicament. Its one click away, but I've given you a stay. Besides, don't think you are the only moron here with your particular yellow perspective, you leave and 10 more take your place. I've categorized you under the .... poster of the world Talpa, because your logic and knowledge you pretend to have is not much better than ..... So I mess with you all the time, its fun for me to see you try and stumble on replies once your convoluted logic and inferior knowledge is challenged. Now you are trying to cry foul? Is this the same person who goes around calling peeps "haters" and worse when frustrated because he does not posses the ability to win a debate on common logic? Hahahaha. Talps, You are my little pet.

Now my little pet, I have you by the balls. FYI, so your little brain knows, I've been asked privately by a few members, some of which agree with your peculiar perspective on racing summarized by "Rossi good, everything else, bad"; and by a few that just love to see you squirm when I make you chase your tail, representative of both camps have asked me not to post what sure would make you leave. And you know what, I think they are right, knowing you and how you have become so defensive and fragile, even though I've called off the ultimatum on you, surely your dumb ... would leave. Then I wouldn't have a little pet to stomp on every time you log on to remind us Rossi is a "9 time world champ". You are not the victim here Talps, you put yourself in this situation because you are a ........
<

You have already cracked the lid on pandoras box mate, my advice is dont continue to open the box
<

I think your advice should be more directed at Talps bro. He's the one pushing the issue. For which I may oblige....
<

If i show u ive said this before, will u promise to leave the site? Otherwise this discussion ends. Bottomline, this is fact. The only argument against the SNS was Rog saying it was a risk to use, but never denied, as u do. So, if i search my own quote of saying that SNS wer offered to others, while some others paid, will u leave the forum? Otherwise do not discuss this topic, u r equal to supershit, and for same reason i dont debate him, id no longer debate u.

i believe this is what was posted......or is this your alter ego?

When you are next abusing someone out of context you really should consider your previous actions, for this is why the thread exists. I'm sure there are many here, and proof's above, who also disagree very strongly with you, yet they don't ask you to leave the site.

Continue please, your doing well

Where's your proof? found it yet?

Look guys we are all here for our mutual love of this sport & motor sport in general, even if it seems it is run by a cross between, Bender from Futurama & the dog from family guy!

As far as im concerned everyone who's name is on that championchip trophy is very much deserved & who the .... are we to disregard anyof them, and that goes for any of us!!

People may say Rossi had advantages, Stoner had advantages, Lorenzo & Nicky only won because of other peoples troubles but i think deep down we know its all bollocks, we couldnt do it, if you could you would be not talking .... on forums such as this.

You see the words but you cannot decipher their meaning, can't you? Its an ultimatum, its a challenge, its a bet, I'm not saying you must leave, I'm not forcing you to take the bet, am I? You are the moron for accepting its terms when you are decidedly wrong (but you still can't see that can you). I have no power to make you leave, but I do have the power to challenge your claim by setting up an extreme bet. You're dumb ... accepted it. Don't go trying to paint yourself the victim. Les I remind you of all the .... talking you do to peeps that call you on your special perspective.

more abuse, doing well

so far it's 3 ........., 1 moron. You really are quite eloquent

prove me wrong then......or does that conflict too much with the rest of your bs? So it's a bet now?

The goalposts haven't moved and you can't twist it this time. I took the ultimatum, you haven't followed through, and now your calling me a moron for taking your own ultimatum-wow!!. Why start something you aren't prepared to finish mate, you issued it??

I thought Rossi only issued ultimatums

Burgess: single tyre would be 'illogical'

By Michele Lostia and Matt Beer Monday, October 15th 2007, 11:44 GMT

Valentino Rossi's crew chief Jeremy Burgess has revealed that he disagrees with the Italian's stance over the MotoGP tyre war.

The former champion came out in support of the proposal to introduce control tyres when it was mooted at the Grand Prix Commission meeting at Estoril, and there have been rumours that Rossi's exhortations played a part in Dorna's decision to float the idea.

He has also been critical of Michelin's performance this season and admitted at Phillip Island that he had urged Yamaha to switch his bike to Bridgestones next season.

But Burgess said he is completely opposed to any move towards a single tyre supplier, and believes the 2007 races that saw a large Bridgestone advantage will prove to be anomalous.

"Tyres have been part of racing since the beginning," Burgess told Gazzetta dello Sport. "You pick the car or the bike to race with, you choose the various components and you sort them out. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, because developing something is tough.

"But if we throw them out now, where will the tyre manufacturers be able to compete to show their tyre is the best? Competition is fundamental.

"By ticking a box we throw out Dunlop and Michelin? It's completely illogical to change the rules for one year gone bad.

"If we really want to, let's do a three-year programme: Michelin wants to compete, they certainly don't enjoy losing and it's shameful that half a season should change the history of racing."

With Yamaha team boss Davide Brivio having conceded that they might look at "alternatives" to Michelin if the commission decided to allow the tyre war to continue, Burgess stressed that his was only a personal opinion.

But he pointed out that many factors other than tyres had affected this year's results.

"I speak from a personal viewpoint, we must look at the championship results as a whole," Burgess said.

"Valentino also made some mistakes this year and we've had technical problems with the bike. And let's not forget the racing incidents Michelin riders suffered from.

"It's the usual thing: there have always been some who wanted Valentino's bike and some who wanted the works Honda.

"Bridgestone also supplies other riders and they didn't look close to (Casey) Stoner to me. If it was just a matter of tyres, they would all be there. What we've seen this year is not a tyre problem for me."

Talps, u r my pet now. I chose to keep u here. If, and thats an if u did manage to keep ur word, which i doubt as u weasel out of anything plane in sight, then i hav the power to keep u my whipping boy. I'd just as soon hav a debate with Supershit, id hav same result.

All i need now is a name for my new pet.

I remember Ducati saying they may go with Michelin but i remember that more as ducati throwing their toys out of the pram when rossi was granted a bridgstone contract. They did not want their main competitor on the same rubber as they felt they could not develop a bike to be advantageous that way, It would appear they were right given there later results. Ducati were pro tyre wars as was i but the single tyre rule stopped any defection or protest.

Nevertheless ducati did say publically that they wanted to go with michelin. Whether they were just throwing their toys out of the pram is opinion/speculation, very possibly not unreasonable speculation, but isn't it such speculation which has prompted this argument

Where well aware Jb objected to rossi switching to stones in 07 and i believe there were some arguments within that garage as a result. In 08 JB retracted his 07 comments after rossi won the title saying Rossi was obviously right to switch.

I know but this thread inspired me to go looking back at some old articles and I came across this one and thought I would just chuck it in here. I was actually looking for an article that I read a few years back and it had a quote from a rider who had been getting the overnighters and had passed comment that it wasn't always an advantage because the recipe for the tyre was for a particular rider that had a different preference than most. Unfortunately I could not find the article so it will just remain at this stage a figment of my imagination.

I didn't want to comment on the thread specifically but I will say that I would bet the farm on Jumkie understanding that more than one rider got overnighters.

And u would b correct! Chops knows this. Anyway i read article ur looking for yesterday, too. I'll PM it to u later. Ur new here, trust friend, we went over all this couple years back, i even hav article that indicates backroom deal from the mouth of JB himself. But as u can see, im just havin a bit of fun now. Honestly, its a waste debating what is generally accepted to be true, thats why u dont see the general suspects comng to Talps aid on the issue that others got SNS and some paid, which is what oddly Talps is trying to say i didnt know, i can understand debating opinion on their effectiveness (which my buddy Chops has argued), but not that other riders didn't get them (while some paid). But as u can see from this thread, Talps has become defensive & fragile, and that is of great amusment for me! I hav now become resposible for his stay. Its one click away, and poof, i can make him disappear (assuming he wont do a pinky).

Mental, im replying from fone, but i'll b infront of computer later today. If u get impatient about who said they get SNS but had no use for them because they wer not his spec, here is a hint for u to google. Hes American. His first name starts with a C. His last name starts with E. (that should keep a few peeps guessing, eh)

So this whole debacle is about people's opinions, not facts.

Only the Rossi camp and Michelin will have the right answer, everything else is just speculation.

Peeps are fighting about what they think really happened without being involved.

No no no Shov. Its even dumber than that! Did u read it? We r not even arguing opinions, Talps is saying ive not mentiined in the past the generally accepted particulars of SNSpecials. In other words hes actually arguing what ive specifically hav said on the issue. Haha. Yeah, thats the clincher. Thats how ........ it gets with Talps. I admit, its my fault for carrying on with the lad, as i shouldnt expect much. Its kinda like arguing with u by saying, hey, u never mentioned u went to Laguna. Then i say, r u ....... kidding me, if i show u a picture of me at the track will u shut up? Then the moron says, yeah sure, show me the picture. At that point u will realize how mistaken u wer to argue with a delusional person. At that point why even post the picture, right? Isnt more fun just making fun of the whole exchange? Mayb not for u buddy, but for an immature guy like me, it hilarious. Btw, hav u ever seen a show called, The League? I pretty much view this forum like that.
