In light of Jumkie's ultimatum and while he's off looking for evidence once and for all to bash the Talpa bopper and force him to leave the site, I thought I'd run a quick poll to determine whether or Jumkie's sentiments are shared by other members.
 
This thread is not necessary and should end here. I'd never force a member to leave. Ive been busy so havent searched, but i know what ive said so it wont b a problem. I just wanted to make a point that debate has got to b semi honest if its gonna go on. So for him to say i had changed what i hav been saying just made me want to stop. When i hav time, i'll find my own quotes. But in the spirit of Thanksgiving, i'll pardon him. Nah really if he left, that would b no fun. Cuz then who would i clown on? :lol



Wood, its all fun and games. Now die thread.
 
I had a go, I said stay. If Talpa wasn't here, there would beno Talpa, simple as that.

I stand by my word and will go if evidence is found for sure as I said I would. But that's me. Lets see how he goes



As he can't handle being challenged, asked for evidence and proven wrong, and then proceeds to ask me to leave the forum as a result. I believe the thread should stay active and lets find out.



And if other members are also comparing my posts to BM, Pinky and Supershit, then its clearly not worth hanging around.

I do think you are on a loser in your contention though. Not only have I no recollection of jumkie saying what you claim, and I have a fairly good memory, but surely even you must acknowledge that he is a keen and well informed follower of the sport, and he would not make this argument because michelin's policy with the overnight specials was so well known. He or others may have argued that whilst others got overnight specials the tyres were made to rossi's specifications in particular; I don't know whether this is true but it is probably not unreasonable speculation as the cost of the overnight specials was such as to preclude michelin continuing with them, and making them in multiple specifications each week-end would presumably have been even more costly. I do recall some speculation in the motogp press in 2007 that part of rossi's disaffection with michelin was because they had started to develop more for pedrosa/hrc than him, but that was after the end of saturday specials.

Myself - I do tire of Talps withering rage and general negativity, However - I've participated

in forums where the net nannies have banned all the impolitic souls and those forums became

so bland and namby pamby that everyone (including those who really supported the bans)

eventually got bored and stopped coming around.

Well i was a member of a Superbike forum not so long ago & i can tell you now if anyone like curvey was on there they would be banned straight away no quibles on it either. Needless to say the forum died a death as it was so dismall it was unreal, i personally think our curvey one cool mofo who tells it like it is, .... everyone elses opinion.



To be honest i would rather slide downa giant razor blade into vat of vinegar using me bollacks & ball sack as a break before decent forums such as this turn into that .....!!



I must admit i grow tired of reading page after page of Rossi this, Stonet that blah blah, but just ignore people & only respond when YOU want to regardless of what tripe gets posted.



One final note -



If someone pisses you off enough, meet up with them over the course of a race weekend & .... em up!!

Yeah, .... em up with a bottle of pirate juice and Tequilla (not in the same glass). That what me and jum did. We argued and fought, we met up and argued and drank

So this whole debacle is about people's opinions, not facts.

Only the Rossi camp and Michelin will have the right answer, everything else is just speculation.



Peeps are fighting about what they think really happened without being involved.



Gotta call ABC and NBC and pitch this "soap opera" for production.
