if we do that then based on 08's time, stoner would of nearly lapped rossi in the race
You must learn to read properly. I wasn't commenting on whether or not NH would have ended up third, in a definitive sense, I was refuting your point that Nicky is coming home 8th every week by noting that his performance is consistently improving, as evidenced by his warm up 'ideal' lap time.

When you compare his trend of results, with each race he is getting closer to the front runners.

pffft in warm up, horhey was 6th.... what he is on a downward trend? race day is only what counts. too many if this if that from u guys

Your lack of intellect is baffling. Race day is what counts, in a literal sense, yes. This doesn't affect my point in any way; it's largely irrelevant. Additionally, Jorge was 2nd in FP1 and FP2, 3rd in QP and 6th in the warm up. It's unrepresentative of his performance to fixate solely on his warm up result. Note, this is not what we are focusing on here when considering Nicky's results.

The general trend of Nicky Hayden's results, through Free Practice, Qualifying, Warm Ups and Races have been undoubtedly on an upward trend. Sure, today he was torpedoed, but based on his form across the numerous sessions throughout the weekend, it represented another step, especially compared to other weekends at the start of the season.

The simplest things need too much explanation for you. That's an indicator of a brain that's not doing it's job.

so u agree partice etc is not what counts. i think it ends there and you have just contradicted yourself.

and you want to focus on what you want to for the sake of the rider. again if if if if. end of day no ifs or buts, its not even race day results that count, all that people will worry about is the championship table. yeah hayden has had some bad luck, but 14th in the championship, even behind Toseland, (for someone who only has been in motogp for 2 years is even considered terrible year)

comon please wake up. it is terrible abosultey terrible.
