Going with the timesheetes, eh?

I think Rossi will take it easliy. He usually uses the practice and most of the qualifying time to set up his bike, so if he's giong the fastest already, I think he'll run away with the race.

if rossi wins from 9th as the bike is now then i will eat his front tyre, as it is the bike not easy 2 ride so its 3rd or bin it from me... but he is a god so cant wait,

The qual positions are perfect for tomorrow race....................should be an absolute stunner

Whoa whoa whoa, just saw the times! Melandri, Elias and Stoner have all joined Pedrosa up there at the top... Hondas on the offensive... Whats going on? Theyre supposed to be crap!
<

Anyway.... I'm still confident that Rossifumi will be on top.... he better, the ....... cost 45 mill

Not to worry richo, the only Hondas you have to worry about are the Repsol boys. Rossi SHOULD take care of them by the end of the race and the Ducatis may beat them out as well as long as the tires hold.

i really dont think Pedrosa is gonna make a dent in this first race.
everyone seems to reckons hes king ...., but i dont .... the kid needs some experience in the race before people can start putting wagers on him....

sure he can put in some fast times and kick ... on the other rookies, but he, like the others, still needs to learn how the bike cooperates in race conditions and how the tyres fair in a Moto-GP-length race. The only 'rookie' that has that kind of experience is Vermuelen because of his two rides with Honda last year... (Can he still be classifyed as a rookie considering he has ridden in the class before?)

Pedro is probably crapping in his leathers because of all the pressure the media is putting on him .... poor boy...

i dont expect too much of him...but knowing my luck, ill be eating my words tomorrow

Hey 46! you were the closest, what could have been but for Rossi's tumble? I think I'll start a Qatar thread.

with the pace and rossi staying on the bike it might have been rossi 1st cus he made a great start but these things happen and it wont be the last but for sure now rossi is gunna be trying xtra hard
<

rossis only trouble is qualifying if he gets it sorted then should be fine..

Things will be harder for sure, but this is Rossi. This guy has often left me sitting there thinking "How can one man be so good a riding a motorcycle?" He'll come back. Just wait for it. Provided he dosen't get bulldozed in the back again

BUT it was only the first race, and the first race doesnt mean .... ... (notice i will also say that about free practices, qualifying and any other race where pedrosa proves me wrong)

Ironic that last year he knocked Sete off on the last corner of the last lap, and this year he got rammed off on the first corner of the first lap
