St. Valentino of Tavulla can probably fix it in Friday practice
<

It's all mind games, he will trundle around till sunday prac and then suddenly he'll fix all the problems and fight for the win. Too many miracles are suspicious.

Yeah, Yamaha were flying at earlier tests, why would they sall of a sudden start screwing up? Very suspicious

I thinkit will be.....
1. Rossi
<

2. Capirorossi
3.Nakano
4.Elias
5. randy de punniet

Hey Junior, love the picture!

Yes I used to race just like your da at all the same tracks. I think you're cool too, looks like you've got the knee out in that photo of yours, lovely style, very Joey Dunlop.

I will be witnessing the top 3 so here is mine

1 Valentino Rossi

2 Marco Melandri

3 Loris Capirossi

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Morgo @ Mar 15 2006, 07:06 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Here are mine! Honestly after reading about the Jerez Test i think rossi is going to have a hard time. Anyone think they can get the problem fixed? but still he can do it.

Whats happening with Stoner? is he racing?

1) Rossi
2) Melandri
3) Gibernau
4) Cappers
5) Edwards
6) Hayden
7) Stoner (some aussie support)
8) Pedrosa

Hey Morgo, I've a good mate from Newcastle. I spent Chrissie over there in 2002. Fell out of the Del' a few times. Bloody good town.

Have a good time Wes!

My Picks:

Melandri
Rossi
Nakano
Gibbers
Edwards

7 days to go

I sure will Ben. Pics to show you guys when I get back

4 days to go

I am leaving on Thursday

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (skidmark @ Mar 14 2006, 04:21 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>How about this,

1. Capirossi
2. Rossi ( he sandbagged the last test for sure )
3. Edwards
4. Gibernau
5. Nakano
6. Hopkins
Add to that the prospect of a good 'Battle of the Rookies' between Pedrosa, de Puniet, Elias and Vermeulen, with Pedrosa top Honda. Who knows, I guess anything can happen.

D'ya know skidmark I quite agree with your prediction. It'd be great if it turns out like this. A real open championship!

They're all the top dogs at the moment. The more I think about it the more I think it'll be Rossi and the two Ducatis (Not the D'antin ones
<
) on the podium. If not them, I really think Nakano's in with a chance, and that's not my Kawasaki bias speaking.
I think he's got it better than Edwards becase of Yamaha's front end problem. I think Rossi's the kinda rider who can put up with it and get on the podium, but I don't think any onther Yamaha riders have that skill. And Honda are really not ready. I can't see them choosing a bike, getting it sorted so it can go fast, and getting the michelins ready before Jerez. I don't think they'll be like it all year, but I'd be surprised if there's a Honda on the podium at Jerez. At the moment Yamaha, Ducati and even Kawasaki and Suzuki have a better chance of a top 3 finish.

Wes where are you viewing from ?,. I'll be on the X1 stand,.

was hoping to get some good Video footage but all the stands seem a fair distance from the track according to the photos on the jerez site, but then pics might not be accurate

don't seem as close as say a Road Race
<

Thats because, unlike road racers, GP riders (mostly) aren't crazy, they dont wanna die, so they have run off areas on the side of the track

wimps

one only truely lives live to the full when u realize you can die at any minute
<

but what screws us paddies up is that we then usually go out on the piss, forget how close we came last time out, then do it all over again
<

Die, or end up like Rainey
<

That would suck so much. Daijiro and Wayne are two prime examples of why track safety should be paramount. The best way to make any motorsport safer.
But you micks with yer road racing...
<
Look at it this way, if you get on the podium, you're still alive..... maybe
