Is KTM on the Brink of Withdrawal from MotoGP?

If I read this right, KTM will withdraw from MotoGP at the end of next yr:

IF this is true, where does Acosta land for 2027 (or even next yr if he gets out of his contract early)?

RideApart, KTM's debt administrator recently stated that the current plan is to not extend the contract with MotoGP in 2026:

“…in this regard, it is planned not to extend the contract with MotoGP, which runs until 2026. An early withdrawal from the racing series is not currently planned.

“The reason for this is the reduction in costs for KTM AG and its subsidiaries.”

The statement 'Passion never goes bankrupt' is extremely tasteless in my opinion. Passion doesnt pay the bills for the workers laid off, and doesn't magically make up the 70% revenue creditors are owed.
