Ok back on topic...GO SPIES!!!
Spies is impressing. Hayden just made 1:56!

west is still #1 with a 1:55 but melandri isn't last anymore...damn I was relly enjoying that

and now stoner resumes standard procedure into 1:53

Pedrosa is anything but a ..... in wet. Germany? He's got new tires, give it some time. West is waffle crushing expectations! Spies could actually podium if he keeps form!

Rain man comes out on top ahead of surprisingly de angelis, then stoner. I am sure this first practice at a new track in the wet will probably not mean much later on (or will it!!?!?) anyways I cannot wait to see FP2 live to see what the track really looks like now.

Pretty tight in the top three....Stoner isn't flying anymore....That's good news for the show.
Dunno if it's dry.

Perhaps stoner is trying a different strategy this weekend; I hope so anyway. I strongly suspect he could be faster than ant west in the wet if he so chose, but dominating pace in fp1 even in the dry has availed him little of late. More salient to him having a chance this weekend is whether he is capable of doing a significant number of laps in succession.

My buddy on the ground said Stoner went off the high side right in front of him. Could be Melandri as he can't see to well.
