what can be said that already hasnt before...the guy just cant catch a break. It really sucks for him that he can never race to his true potential because he is plagued with injuries

You know, there are 2 different trains of thought on guys who habitually crash and hurt themselves. One is, they cant catch a break and are just unlucky. The other is, they try and ride above their true potential and as one rider says "ambition outweighs their talent' which leads to them throwing the machine down the road on a regular basis. There is one undeniable truth in racing, to finish first, one must first finish.

yeh..cant deny that. I've never been a fan of him really i just feel bad for him. I think he is fast as hell, and on one hand he cant catch a break, but i think with the amount of rides this guy gets maybe he is catching too many.

It's obvious I'm a fan of Hayden and he's the same. A fast rider, but they just make that one mistake far too often. And it bits them in the ..., (or in the case of Hopper, he hand).

Nicky ..... himself up on dirty bikes, he rarely goes down in GP on his own accord.

Definitely Hopper's problem, but the bike induces his suffering, imo. Since he left the AMA in 2002, every bike he's ridden has been outgunned. He is impatient and he doesn't like to disappoint so he constantly overrides his equipment. The WSBK Suzuki doesn't look like it's on the pace this season, and it didn't look great last year, either. He's probably up to his old antics, trying to ride much faster than the equipment will allow.

Bummer.

Was hoping to watch him in action later this month. Not sure who I'll cheer for now, but it will still be fun.

Gutted for him. Really want Hopper, Camier and Crescent to have a great season

Frizz Wilsk, i didnt have energy to post beyond me reaction. I feel same. However, Frizz, may i submit u cheer for Leon Haslam. Hes a good guy and massively talented. We may not see BMW battling for wins, but the battle between Melandri & Haslam for team bragging rights will be great.

Haslam and Melandri to grab a few podiums this year Jum......Possibly.....Hopefully !

Good suggestion Jum. I like Leon & he did win the first of 2 races on a Suzuki here 2 years ago.

I hope Sykes does okay on the Kawasaki too. His test times look promising.

That sucks, ....... injuries man! Laverty was another guy I was really amped to see push Biaggi.

John is apparently undergoing treatment with the same 'specialist' who worked on his finger....

I can't help but root for this guy any time he's in a competitive position.
