Steve, spamming random forums with typical "Lookie at my site!" come-ons is not going to impress many.



I appreciate that starting a new site is difficult, but so far the 'journalism' seem to consist of little more than the re-formatting of news and quotes that are already widely available. You'll need to do much better to have any hope of capturing a loyal audience.



That said, your MotoGP Dates page is fairly useful. Do that 100 times and you might have something.

Oh, you're a winner - How to Make Friends and Influence People must be your bible. We've all worked VERY hard at things in our lives but do not expect instant recognition for it. All replies to your posts here and in the Moto2 thread are meant as constructive critisism. This is OUR COMMUNITY and the only one coming off as, "...... and dam [sic] right offensive" is you. Well, you can move along now and hopefully take this as a lesson learned. Better luck elsewhere Steve.

I like your feistiness, but as the old saying goes, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Look dude, your site might be the shiz niz but we would never know because for starters that link you provided is ..... I clicked on it and it went nowhere. Second, as you noticed, this is a forum, and we want people to contribute. If you put that site together and it’s about motonews, then you probably have a passion for the stuff, like all of us members here. Why don't you get off your '...' and participate a bit with us rather than spamming (yes, you’re spamming despite you’re denial). Make some friends man; you've already started making enemies, which is half the the fun around here.

Generic Racing News sites are a dime a dozen. No one cares about yours.

What your site needs is original content. Maybe you can score an interview with someone who is/was involved in the sport. Ask intelligent questions. Find points of comparison and contrast between this person's view an someone else's. Put something unique and meaty on the table, and you will probably attract at least a few folks.



You might want to install a forum on your page. This may (or may not - there are no guarantees!) draw and retain traffic. (This is, IMO, a distant second behind acquiring content.)



As Mick pointed out, your sense of entitlement is rather offputting. The 'tude needs to go.

Can`t see you having the finger on the pulse to match Krop! Now feck off and take the `tude (nice one jum) with you.
