Nice watch

Can someone please do the analysis on the following
1. How many Italians shook hand with him
2. How many Spanish shook hand with him
3. How many non-Italian/Spanish shook hand with him
4. Why did Dani Pedrosa greet Rossi? Was there any conspiracy in that?
5. Why did he respond to Lorenzo?
6. Why was there such a reception - in the stands and in the pit lane?

P.S. Not a Rossi fan. However, think we over analyze situations and media blows it out of proportion for eye-balls.

I wonder if there's onboard of Jlo's cool down lap? I know that Espargaro congratulated him but that's all I ever saw.

Gracious in defeat?

lol

Are you ....... kidding me?

Being gracious in defeat means you don't start running your mouth to the media after the race to keep the fire burning, nor do you order Carmelo to meet in you in your trailer to discuss the day's events.

Dude is a sack of .....

I don't care how many riders congratulated him, half are doing it out of fear, lest he unleashes the yellow horde upon them.

Yeh that's a very strange conclusion to draw from that video. It's like he's seeking and getting condolences from everybody about how "unfair" it was that he was not allowed to win the championship because the other boys were mean to him [emoji17]. How you can interpret it as gracious is beyond me.

If you have never seen another rider booed for beating Rossi you haven't been watching long.

Kindly state how many titles you won, except for the one with the fastest 1000 posts on motogpforum.com? You shouldn't be so bitter and jealous, it will shorten your life. I'm sure they are all terrified of him and his fans. It must burn you up deep inside the moaner who's nuts engulf your face is out fishing and Rossi is still winning. GTFO!

Seeking? You need glasses first, then you need a psychiatrist. All he is doing is waving to the fans and riders are coming up congratulating him not only with signals but physical touch. This is a rider who's peers, team, mechanics fans, marshals, journalists, photographers even his bosses have the utmost respect for him and what he has achieved this season. But of course, leave it to the jealous douches here to try and spin this negatively. Must be engineered by Dorna of course...:spin: I can guarantee you he got much more boisterous reception than the champion misery man Jorge.

Thanks to OP for posting, hadent seen this one yet.

Ad hominem attacks...how predictable.

Your schtick is as predictable and dull as VR's.

Well, looking back at my post I guess you have a point, but I'm just saying it could easily be taken either way.

I saw that at the time when they posted it (dorna) and I thought is was really odd that they put up a video of Rossi doing a "lap of honour" after Lorenzo had just won the championship!

At least the guy doesn't show a thumbs down to his team mate on the podium
I made reference to the crowd, but I could surmise that JL was upset by another rider being taken out by an illegal manouevre with the consequence for him that he would need to beat Rossi by 7 points rather than 4 in the last race to win the championship, which he might possibly consider to be unfair.

I personally believe save for Dan I, most of these riders are 'ego-testical'. Too much aggression
I remember Hakkinen's engine breaking down in last lap just a few hundred metres behind. He got escorted by Coulthard. Unlike Marquez in Aragon or Lorenzo in Silverstone

Gracious is the last word that comes to mind regarding someone who comes 2nd in the championship and chooses not to attend the end of season awards ceremony.

An action for which he apologised, seemingly without prompting and admitted that he had made a mistake.

Since PI, he and Cal Crutchlow remain the only riders to have publically apologised for any statements or actions attributable to themselves (and Cal was accepting blame for Dovi's crash).

I personally wouldn't give Jorge too much credit for the apology, although I suspect such an apology would not have been forthcoming from Marquez or Rossi in any circumstance.

I continue to think he had a case for being aggrieved he had 7 rather than 4 points to make up in the last round, but there was not really any mechanism by which he could get those 3 points back by themselves.
