Actually M, the F1 tickets are the cheapest on the circuit I would expect nothing less for MOTO GP

Roger, the cost of living in most of the US is probably a 1/3 of what your used to.It only gets ridiculous when you enter Democratic strongholds such as LA,NYC,Chicago,Boston,Seattle, etc.

then you are lucky my american friends except the one listed in the above states. the trouble in england is the more popular something gets the more the price goes up,buy the sounds of it you are aware of this culture and no where im comming from.
i hope the sport gets the popularity it deserves but i pray the fans like me (skint) dont get priced out.
im pleased you yanks are now getting coverage on tv and i hope you lot over the pond also get to see all the races live like we do here.

Don't mean to be rude mate, 'Cities' not 'States'... No offence meant.

By priced out are we talking about ticket prices Rog? Cos if so you've got a point. Its costing me £100 to go to the F1GP at Silverstone, compared to £40 for the MotoGP at Donny, both are raceday only tickets. I think the ticket prices for the MotoGP are at the perfect price right now, no decrease or increase needed. £40 for raceday or £60 for the weekend, is, for me, a fair deal. If it gets any higher than that, then it is getting stupid, to say that MotoGP races only last around 45 minutes, then that would be a rip off.

F1 is a perfect example of 'priced out'. Ecclestone charges the circuits so much just to hold the event that unless they have backing from the government, which unfortunately we don't, they are forced to charge these rediculous ticket prices. I hope MotoGP never gets to the same stage.

Donington is already a rip off. Weekend admission costs more than admission + grandstand did for Jerez or most other european grand prix. And that is not reflected in what you get because doningtons facilities, parking and access are all fairly poor.
