To have kept vermy and got rid of capi would have been stupid. Looking at the 08 and 09 season's, capi has improved on the suzuki where as vermi went backwards.

I gave stats to show why I think CV should have stayed with Suzuki and why Capirossi should not have stayed......IMO CV has had the best results for Suzuki, is younger and looking to stay in MotoGP long term. Capirossi, has not set the world on fire, He may score more points on avg race finishes...but he is quite the non finisher as well. He is also year to year, and I dont see how that is good for long term improvement and bike development. I thought I read that he is looking for a different ride for 2011 (possibly a Ducati ride)....if that is the case, it sucks that Suzuki was counting on him to turn the bikes around.



At the end of the day, I was expressing an opinion about Suzuki not retaining the better guy, but my opinion is wrong to many of you. I guess you enjoy a grid filler, more often than not finishing in the back pack or just crashing out......but to each their own. I will not comment on CV or Capirossi with Suzuki anymore regarding my opinion on this.

Well it's of a known islamic Terrorist Ala Senakreh, who has been linked to attacks on the usa and the uk. I'm sure you were aware of this so the question is , why use his image as your avi?

Well what Factory has done is used the pic of Rosie O'Donnell's face super imposed with the body of

Khalid Shaikh Mohammed (an accused terrorist who plead guilty to a bunch of stuff, I think including the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, yah they tortured this dude so much that even if he was a terrorist, any evidence gathered is screwed up). LINK. Basically Factory is saying she (O'Donnell) is as bad as the terrorist because she has spoken out negatively on the Bush administration, torture, as well as the Israeli occupation. Its a common tactic used by right wing wackos in this country. They take their cues from right wing pundits on Fox news, a radical republican channel, that accused the current president with "palling around with terrorists" (coined by perhaps the dumbest human ever--Sarah Palin). They use the same tactic with anybody challenging the right wing, that is, they equate them with terrorist. In this way they try and silence any critics. In fact, they had a similar attempt to chill peoples skepticism about the Iraq invasion by saying anybody who questioned the president was "non-patriotic" and "on the side of the terrorists". Interestingly, they question the president now at any turn, so by their standards...ect.

Geez - I didn't think it out to that extent. I just figured that he combined the two images because they were two particularly unattractive media hounds who are angry, loud-mouthed, ignorant demagogs... both of whom just happen to be single.

It wasn't really provocative as it was hilarious. Rosie's face on a hairy terrorist mastermind. Scary b/c it fit pretty naturally.

I had the Rosie pic because I thought it was different looking.....that face made me cringe everytime I saw it and I hope I am never 1/4 as hairy as that guy!! I guess I could have been like most other people on forums and use a hot chick or put up a picture of a race bike, but I tried out something different.



Anyway I will stick with the kitten in a cast picture. That is one of the cutest faces on a kitten I have ever seen, and I can just imagine the owners feeding it ice cream while it relaxes and watches TV counting down the days before the vet removes the cast so it can play tackle the yarn ball again.



Glad someone won a bet over this....

Rosie being out spoken about gun ownership and the NRA having her face pasted onto a terrorist's body is pretty ironic. Originally i recognised the body but not the face so thought your motives my have been more sinister. After realising it was the face of Rosie i realised the irony. The bet was, whether one of our gun-toting red neck Republican members would defend it, then along came Lex, guess povol didn't see it
