No word on Rubens' steering wheel throwing incident.

Schumi gets a 20-sec penalty for his last=lap pass on Alonso, though. Bugger. Thought it was legal, myself. Ah, well.
<

Vettel getting pushed into the pool post-race was hilarious.
<

<
Then he fell in again trying to push Mark in.

The Schumi incident looked perfectly legal to me too. Why bother bringing the SC in and waving green flags if they can't race the last corner?

I wouldn't be surpised if Rubens gets a penalty either. I know he didn't intentionally throw it on the racing line, but he should know better than to throw anything onto the track. I like the guy, but he can be a right mardy ...... sometimes.

Post-race, Chandhok said he ran over Rubens' steering wheel and dragged it until the tunnel where Bruno Senna ran over it again. He said the steering wheel had been well and properly "Hispania'd".

WWWWWWWEEEEEEEBBBBBBBBBBEEEEERRRRRRRRFR!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously - Webber has been the brunt of so many jokes in Oz - didn't watch the race, I never do, but Australia and i will take the win. It's the least all us shallow "fans" can do for Mark.

just when vettel catches a break he decides to be greedy. everyone wants to win. but when u go down from 1st to 5th in standings u will lose some sleep.

Lets be fair. Webber gave him NO room at all, i feel sorry for the team because they did everything right only to have their drivers undo most of the work being stubborn

after viewing the video. didn't it show that it was vettels fault? it was weird this round. webber couldn't crack a smile. even hamilton wasn't excited at all. i think he was bummed that jb tried to take his spot. jb even said that even if he over took hamilton it would've been risky and not easy to stay first. so he settled for two. i have my money on jb this year. i'de love to see vettel taking it all also. he deserves it,

I actuall watched the race from start to finish.Even after Vettel lost it on the bumps into that corner (thats how I saw it after watching Hamilton fail to pass Webber there a coupls times) it was still good racing but then when the McClaren twins decided to race each other we had a `fuel is critical` call from their pit which completely sterilised the race for me.Felt sorry for the paying punters in Turkey after that ..... call.

It wasn't a ..... call at all. The drivers were both told that fuel was critical BEFORE the Redbulls even had their issue. It is a surprise that Button took the risk to fight at all and after Lewis got back ahead it would have been foolish for Jenson to go on trying at the possible expense of the 1 - 2 they already had.

Disagree, i think it was a racing incident and both drivers were far too stubborn considering they are team mates.

No Tom,b4 the incident fuel was an issue, after it fuel was critical. The crowd was robbed.

Thats a pretty short sighted take on things. Firstly, if the crowd was really robbed it was by the tactical decision to short fuel the cars (Taken before the start of the race), not because the team mates were fighting. Also, if it wasn't for the fuel saving situation, Button almost certainly wouldn't have got anywhere near close enough to pass Lewis, so we were in fact gifted the fight we did get to see. You are obviously disappointed not to see Mclaren either take each other out, or run out of fuel but i'm quite happy the team and its drivers were wise enough to avoid these things.

i just don't see how you can critisize Mclaren or either of its drivers for making decisions that were quite clearly correct. You have either dismissing the well known short fueling tactic the teams are employing as a conspiracy to work team orders at will, or simply do not understand formula one and are judging it against an innapropriate standard. Thats all.

Whatever yu say Tom.

good thing i had this massive headache and decided to not finish the race...or i would have had an even bigger headache had i watched how the red bulls took each other out. but damage limitation on the part of webber finishing third. on to the next race...
