(just wanted to add that i was one of their coaches. i would teach 3 to 4 classes in between sessions on the track to assist riders a) get comfortable being out on a race track
learn to be smooth and not make abrupt moves/decisions c) get faster d) have fun
definitely miss being out there, but enjoy raising my son just as much!

You should have met up with Roger then. This way we could shed some light on the social experiment of: Internet interaction vs. Face-to-Face interaction. There is a possibility you could have made a new life long friend. Sometimes people need to come out of their forum persona and reveal themselves (assuming you have nothing to hide). I think you would be surprised; we humans are wired to be social you know.

Are you gonna put the little buggar on a bike as soon as he can stand on his own 2 feet? You know how racing parents are.

Oh well maybe next year, eh Tom.

Well you've been to Utah. Isn't that like going outside the States?
BTW, yes, on second thought, I admit, I have smiled a time or two when Peders has gone down, but like you, I don't wish injury on the wee man.

Djm, I think what Supershit was implying was that you are a bad parent for doing so. Helps to know a bit of a members history sometimes.

Like Rog, i had my eye out for anyone i would reckognize from around here. If i'm ever at a GP alone i'd be keen for a meet up, but as it is we tend to go as a family so i'd be less enthusiastic to meet up with strangers.

You should still give it a try. Even though we wouldn't be able to pick each other out of a crowd, once you do meet up there is a bond. Meet Frosty, Jumkie, Boots, CaliKid, and heck, even a girl that turned into my wife. Give it a shot.

Ah, I see. Good on you then. Have you ever posted a pic of yourself, or are we suppose to just imagine what you might look like?

Absolutely! It's so nice to meet people you've been talking to for ages, I just wish we'd gone for the week end, then we'd have more time to arrange a meet up.

As you know jumk, i have quite a photographic memory in somethings. Tom was once a myspace buddy where i saw a few pics of him so i know what he looks like. need's a haircut.
