I love this track and the racing it produces............the run in to the line has produced some really good racing!

My predictions:

1. Hayden

Has been on fire (except the donny result)..........performed well here previously.

2. Rossi

Tough choice to put Vale second especially after his stunning ride @ Donington....I think Hayden will nick this one

3. Dani

Onfire & on form

In fact, it could be anyone of these guys who gets the win..............it's a gonna be a battle thats for sure!
<

Anyone going? Dont think we get an Germans posting on the site.

Rossi
Hayden
Pedrosa/Melandri

...Hayden and Rossi might switch... could go either way... I'm just hoping to see a fantastic race.

Well here goes, but i think a stab in the dark,as the heat is on,and the title wide open,i will go !
<

1.Pedrosa
2.Hayden
3.Rossi/Melandri
4.Stoner
5.Hopper

Hayden
Pedrosa
Stoner

Stoner's about due a podium, and Pedrosa is on fire at the moment, but the experience of Hayden at this track on the motoGP bike compared to the others will show through here. Rossi will have problems with the bike is my guess.

Nicky is riding well, the track is tight and rough and it goes left. Nicky for the win.

1. Hayden
2. Pedrosa
3. Rossi

i think i'll go for

1. dani.. great form

2. rossi.. also riding superb

3. capirossi.. think he'll be back up there again

My crystal ball says
1) Rossi
2) Melandri
3) Hayden

Oh ok..it's not crystal ball stuff...just what I'd like. Actually what I'd like is Stoner or Capirossi to be 3rd...but doubt that will happen.

i choose
hayden / rossi / stoner
in any order

when IS he back?

Head says:

1) Rossi - If he can qualify on the first few rows, which I think he will, and his wrist will be practically 100%, I think he`ll get this one. His race pace of late has been superb. He just needs to get closer to the front of the grid to avoid the traffic.
2) Hayden - Really strong at the track, but after Donny I have my doubts now. Maybe I`m just being paraniod from one mediocre result. I hope he proves me wrong.
3) Pedrosa - He`s starting ato string together a few consecutive podiums. Consistency is what he needs. he might just finish on top if he can keep up the good work. That said, he`s still a rookie, and juding by their performances so far this season, both him and Stoner are overdue for a trip to the kitty litter. So if not Dani, I`m backing Melandri.

Heart says

1) Hayden (Keep the championship alive!)
2) Pedrosa (You keep it alive too, just don`t get too close to Hayden you fast little prick.
<
<
)
3) Melandri (Make life hard for Rossi, prove to the world you got balls of steel. Toughest guy in the paddock in my opinion)

Completely irrational and biased guess:

1) Nakars (Only one podium spot to fill now! Shame it`s the hardest one)
2) Gibernau (Ignore Rossi, get a Podium, simple)
3) Vermulen (You beat Hopper to a pole, now beat him to the box! and make it an all bridgestone Podium just to stir things up)

For the sake of my fantasy team:

1) Rossi (I paid big bucks for this schmuck, now bring home the bacon!)
2) Tamada (To make Honda the top engine without the Hayden/Pedrosa/Stoner teams doing well)
3) Stoner (Bloody LCR...
<
)

Ok....after a two week break....people rested.....Rossi and Capps feeling better....I have a feeling that these next two races before the summer break are going to be crazy.....I think Repsol is going to struggle a bit here because the new chassis didn't seem to agree with Nicky right off the bat...and if Pedrosa gets it...it might give him some problems....anyone know if Gibbers is riding? or if Pedrosa will be on the new RC211 chassis......

Anyway...I'm feeling like this...

1. Rossi
2. Melandri
3. Stoner

simple rossi MUST START ON 1ST OR 2ND ROW, id say rossi but but but,
can he? have a feeling also the bike isnt settled again, no bike trouble rossi win..

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (rossi 46 winner @ Jul 6 2006, 07:17 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>simple rossi MUST START ON 1ST OR 2ND ROW, id say rossi but but but,

I reckon a third row start is possible too. Even a 4th, but Pedrosa was on fire at Donny, which is what made it impossible for Rossi to win from so far back. Pedrosa took his time to get settled, got on the gas, got to the front and stayed there. After some initial trouble he was clean and cool, smashing out fast laps on his way to an easy win. You can`t count on him, or anyone being like that every weekend. If (I know, theres no IFS in racing, but anyway) If Pedrosa didn`t blitz it and run away at Donny, I think Rossi could have got past him. It`s all speculation of course, and for that to happen Rossi would have not only had to ride perfectly himself, but count on Pedrosa making more than his fair share of time wasting mistakes (Which he didnt)
Anyway the main reason for Rossi`s "Average" QP efforts of late, compared with his great race efforts the next day is the injury, I think. Like I said before, the adrenalin of the race lets him forget the pain. But it don`t help him in QP, and that`s been his weakness. Well, he should be all but healed in two weeks and if he can get a good spot on the grid then I reckon he`s got it. But on the other hand I suspect that fighting his way through the pack from the back of the grid increases his prowess as he has a lot more to concentrate on than "just" running at the front. Can he ride as fantatstically as he did at LeMans, Assen and Donny if he dosen`t have a pack to slice through? And the 'ring is a Hayden hotspot, and Hayden`s never looked hotter than he does this year. Maybe he can do it. And you can`t forget Melandri. 2 weeks at this rate and he`ll be at 110%. I think Catalunya knocked all this inconsistency outta him and just left the Marco of steel, the Marco who stole two races last season from the Dominant Doctor. I hope I`m right. I hope Marco is back, and ready to take more scalps.

for sure le mans was rossi best gp this year, so dominant flowing with a intent of listen this is wot i can do,,, then it just stopped.. hey thats racing, tough but it happens..

Is Sachsenring Bridgestone-friendly?

If it is:
Capirossi: Dr. Costa! Doctore Costa!! Here! My chest!! Quick!
Nakano: I can be good at the race too! Ha!
Hayden: I'm happy. Yeah. I am.

If it is not:
Rossi: after stalking Stoner for the last 15 laps and then pushing him aside at the last curve as he did to Gibernau Jerez05: Bravo, bravissimo. What a battle.
Stoner: Really, we Australians aren't like that. It just doesn't get into my head how people can do that.
Pedrosa: You know what? I'll take some holidays. Right now. You just call me after Sepang, OK?

Yeah.
