Exactly the sort of comment I would expect from you.

How you've managed to keep an account here for 12 months is beyond me.

Italian to English translation

Coming from the pole, Mugello, Valentino Rossi certainly did not expect to obtain the worst qualifying of the season, the Montmelò: problems of planning and an error in the second attempt with soft tires have, however, relegated into the third row, the ninth time.

"I am confident that we can improve tomorrow in the warm-up - said Vale - With regard to race, starting ninth podium would be a positive, but also a nesting in the first five points lead. It will be important to make a good start: I have to overcome at least two or three in the first round then we will see where we go. Stoner is the one that has a quid in several of the other with tire race: we hope that someone can give him discomfort, tomorrow. "

I think it's gonna be Pedrosa...

how's the forecast ?

He's a total bitter loser.
He's that fat little obnoxious kid bugging the .... out of everyone looking for attention.
Stop replying to him and stop starting threads about him.
If all that bitterness was mixed with wit, humor, sarcasm or satire then it would be tolerable.
It's just mean spirited swill.
I hear you Jon, but I actually get a kick out of it. I hate to have people banned and he makes for a good laugh. I don't take it to heart. Its all good. Let him make a fool of himself, its a free internet.

Its actually a testiment to the great patience of this site Friz. I like it when we are fairly free to express ourselves without the complex of having to look over our shoulders. Its all good. We all know Pinks crazy.

Back on topic: Last post before I disappear (we Americans don't have the luxury of getting the races live like you boys so I gotta stay away from the boards), so here is to a good safe close hard fought race; may the best man win (as long as its not Peders).

Questions to ponder:
Will Stoner get back to his winning ways?
Will Depuniet finish the race?
Will West beat somebody?

Even I'm a Rossi's fan,I NEVER want Stoner (and the others) to crash. All I want is Rossi to beat him(and them). And I think that's fair enough. It is sport, isn't it.
You want him to crash, but not injured or dead...
I tell you something, Mr.Pinky...When riders crash, anything can happen to them. Even the worst. So ...PLEASE DON'T CRASH !...
I never shouted to anyone before in this forum. Damn you for make me doing this !!...

Nah, Just giving the Kentucky benefit of doubt. He was riding really well yesterday, so maybe he learned to stop worrying about the title and just go out and have fun again....Bin it or Win it attitude is he seemed to have in QP. Now he just has to deliver...good luck to him

On Motogp.com Sete Gibernau has predicted a Rossi victory.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (yamaka46 @ Jun 8 2008, 07:11 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Too simplistic - once the rear was off the floor and the bike was tipping into the corner the front tyre could not support the bike and folded. Of course the front left a black line as the adhesion failed - it wasn't locked IMO, though. The more interesting point is why did the rear leave the track in the first place?

The rear tyre left the road because he braked too hard. If you follow the setup threads, you will find that the bikes need to be setup with a more rearward weight bias to get the best out of the Bridgestones. This means that there is not as good a feel from the front, which some riders find hard to adjus to, while others can do so. It is a testament to The skill of Rossi, and his team, that he has been able to change tyres, bike setup, and his riding style, and be on the pace so quickly.
I still want Casey to win though, but then I am an Australian as well.
I also don't want to see any crashes, but a mechanical problem for pedders and Rossi would even up the championship a bit. There is a long way to go though, and what I would most like to see is a great dice between the top riders.

I completely disagree. He had finished braking and was starting to tip the bike in. If he had braked too hard the rear would have been in the air whilst the bike was upright in the braking zone, not once he'd begun to lean it. The only way it could have been braking too hard is if he'd forgotten to brake until it was far too late, which a rider of his calibre is hardly likely to do.

Your comment about rearward weight bias and the subsequent lack of feel from the front is correct (I posted the article by Neil Spalding on Rossi's setup changes BTW) but does not appear to have any bearing on this accident - the rear went light on tip in causing the front to tuck.

i think arrogant is the wrong word, even sete gibbers has predicted a rossi win. have you never seen rossi start from near the back of the grid and win ?
