Brno predictions

Head:

1.Stoner (the bike is just too good)
2.Pedrobot (he is rested and in a hurry)
3.Rossi (will have a bad start as he always does and will not have enough time to catch the first two)

But just think of championship in case of
<
:
1. Pedrobot
2. Stoner
3. Rossi

GO Rossi!

well for the championship it would be better if pedrosa wins stoner has a poor finnish 7th or 8th & roosi fails to finnish. that would tighten up the championship nicely.

Surely it's gotta be:

1. Stoner
2. Rossi
3. Pedrosa

Another "Laguna Seca-esque excitement fest" would be nice though.

That took a lot longer than I expected. This also means then that Rossi and Lorenzo have definately got a step up in their motor. Hopefully that will re-enforce my prediction of rwards for third.

That should read Edwards!!

i know they have new things to try out but being mcn i would say that these are for the tests after the race maybe im wrong???

i dont think they would risk trying out these new extra's during practice or the race points are precious at the moment.

I hope and i think Bridgestone is going to win the right-tire-lottery with new surface and very big difference in temperature from friday till sunday.Pedrosa is going to be hampered by his injuries so i don't think he,Lorenzo,Edwards or Dovisioso is going to be on the podium.

Dry:
Stoner
Rossi close behind
Capirossi way behind
Lorenzo
Dovisioso
Vermulen
Pedrosa
Edwards

Wet:
Stoner
Rossi
Vermulen (could have won but he qualified too far back)
West because this time he doesn't crash like he did in Germany
Pedrosa
Capirossi
Melandri
Edwards

Tight between Rossi and Stoner wet or dry,is my guess.

I predict hot ... Czech umbrella girls.
mmmmmm

Racing,
Stoner
Rossi
or
Rossi
Stoner
and daylight third.
Will be very close between Rossi and Stoner with more elbow to elbow racing. Winner will be last man standing on the last lap. Think Stoner will get one back.
Will pick Lucky George in third, because it's about time he showed some results.
Think with new track, no advantage in tyres.

Winner is Bridgestone by a country mile.

1/2 Stoner or Rossi in any order

then a few minutes to...

3/4 Shinya or Loris in any order

then a less substantial gap to...

5/6 Chris and Dovi (first Michelin) in any order.

after that who cares?

I just hope the racing is as good as Laguna and for the whole race.

At work we have footy tipping and I suck at that as well. I don't need to be stoned, pissed or anything to show my lack of skill in prognostication.

I like long shots combined with some wishful thinking

That said, on current form I cannot see Jorge or Dani coming up there, Shinya has the factory bike with B'stones and Chris is coming off a good run (confidence building), Loris has been fast in FP1&2 and so I stand by my predictions. They still suck but I'm not betting anything substantial on them.

The other Yamahas might get up there a bit but at the end of the race the bridgestone effect should carry it.
