Max toodling round the circuit getting in everyones way resulting in a totally Ped Melandri giving him a nudge...

Aftermath of that incident was Biaggi getting a $5000 fine and a further $1000 for practice starts before the flag went up...

Then apparently Biaggii's Uncle leapt over the barrier with intentions of strangling Melandri before getting carted off by security.. Hilarious

The point is should Marco have got a slapped wrist also?

yeah marco should have been told off also, u cant go round giving out revenge on track, max was very stupid thow.

As usualy I don't get to see anything with Suzi Perry but that's alright. I read that HRC is pretty upset with Biaggi for obviously causing the incident, but then because he went off and released a press release through his own people without revision of the Repsol PR team and for not using the Repsol PR team. In Biaggi's release there is no mention of his practice starts, that his actions were in self defense and this is Melandri's fault. Those are some pretty weighty actions for someone who lies a distant third in the championship and will be swallowed up by Gibernau, Edwards and Hayden by the end of the season.
