This talk is ......... It's completely natural to admire someone who is dominating the sport. Of course many people are fans of Rossi because he's won a shitload of races. That means he's good.
Apparently some of you guys believe that you are only a true fan if you were a fan before the success, that's ....... stupid. It's the same like those music elitists who go "you're not tr00 fan because you weren't listening to them back when they only had a demo out".
I'm sorry, but I personally become a fan of a rider when I see him ride well. There are exceptions though as some riders may piss me off with their ........ attitude and comments that they make me dislike them. Doesn't mean that I can't say "wow, that's pretty good" when they do a great race, but that won't make me like them if they act like ......... Similiarly (now that I brought up the music comparison) there are artists who are idiots, but I can still enjoy some songs by them... While, to be an actual fan, I have to actually sort of agree with the statements they make AND like the music.
