I have none of the channels mentioned here in my tv channel package, so I go hunting for free online feeds every race weekend.

I usually find a decent feed from Eurosport UK for the 125 and Moto2 races, and then perhaps swedish Viasat Sport for the MotoGP so I get the live coverage. Really sucks that Eurosport can't show it live because the swedish commentators are not good at all.

If I can choose, I pick Eurosport every time. More fun to listen to than BBC. But most of the time I don't have much choise and have to go with what feeds are available (spanish, italian, german.... don't understand a word but can at least see the race

)

I usually watch it live on the beeb with the volume low so I can have a good shout at the tv.

And record it on eurosport to watch later for a calmer viewing where more can be taken in.

Besides for the first viewing theres usually 4 or 5 of us here so it does get quite rowdy. God knows what the neighbours must think

As above, watch it on the beeb first for the pre race bit then later on in the week from the recorded eurosprt prog, i does amaze me how my wife who has only been watching moto gp for five years, regularly corrects both sets of "proffesional commentators" with their sometimes obvious blunders

off topic slightly i always thought Murry Walker was ..... aswell

One HD is great

and Talps hates it and was going to get it pulled off the air

that had to be one of the funniest posts ever .......... along with Jumkie was going to remove Talpa

OneHD is probably not Rossi-centric enough for Talps though

Coverage is fair and the one break is reasonably short, but the commentators are useless. Beattie is no Magee and the offsider dude is a moron. Wish we had Eurosport commentary. Even Barry Sheen was pretty good.

Firstly, learn to spell the great Brit's name - Sheene.

Mind you he did sensibly settle in Oz in his latter years. Secondly, Sheene as a commentator only "Pretty good"? A fck of a site better than Beattie (who TBH isn't actually that bad compared with Cox on the BBC). Mind you I wish I was back home in Qld watching One HD, with its ...... commercial break, at some ungodly hour rather than enduring another British "summer" and the afforementioned Cox on the Beeb for Laguna

Sheene was great and many here in Oz warmed up to his banter and humour and obviously the Networks capitilised on this getting onto the V8Supercar commentry - he sure came out with some classic quotes - RIP.

I think due to he anyone else just comes across flat/bland, Macgee is great but sadly not on oneHD and Beattie I like though drier and low key with his comments.

heard of keyboard errors?

What I like about Eurosport is that today's races are put into historical context, with discussions and comparisons back to previous riders and racers, and for someone like me who is relative new to watching it - since 2002 - it is really helpful and informative. I agree with everyone's sentiment about Cox but Parrish does come up with some interesting info, but really they would be happier doing WBSK.
