Let me start by saying I am a Spies fan! But at the rate the nail he is riding keeps failing. One cant help but wonder whats next? So I started this poll to see if we can hit the nail on the head.
 
Over and above mechanical failure given the string of disasters befalling Ben I'm more concerned about the possibility of alien abduction during a race, spontaneous human combustion in his motor home, or worse of all signing a two year deal to replace Hector on the Pramac Ducati.

LOL!!! I almost put ECU unit callling MARS as an option.
 
Im worried. Next week when he reboots the site what else could possibly happen, What horrible luck hes had,

Full avatar loss, inability to upload pics, site down error messages, status bar malfunction, posting glitches, birthday updates not working. What next, member deletions, PM box malfunctions?
 
I think next race, he's going to have a lead of about 5 seconds with 2 laps to go, then out of nowhere the drive chain will snap. At which point Ben Spies will become world famous for being the first MotoGP Grand Prix winner to murder his entire crew...
 
I guessed 'chain' for Brno and am gonna stick to that prediction!
 
Haha, great thread. I'm sure you ran out of poll option choices. I'll say something like a fuel issue. I noticed today both Tech3s ran out of fuel on the warmdown lap. Maybe that will give somebody some ideas.
 
Did he have a mechanical failure this race? After he binned it, I mean... bike seemed to be performing ok up until he took to the kitty litter...
 
Ezpeleta will do a deal where Spies Yamaha will be swapped with Rossi's ducati but painted up to still look like the Yamaha. Therefore the mechanical failure will be that it is a Ducati!

The whole thing. From when he overheated his clutch and went backwards through the field to when he binned the thing.



I carried on watching after that - wasn't going to let Yamaha destroy my enjoyment of the race

Knowing Spies is pissed, Yamaha will not allow Spies anywhere near the front to possibly take points from Lorenzo. The red stall button will be utilized to momentarily cut power to the # 11, ending any chance of him running at the front

everytime he passes pit wall they are toggle that remote control.
