It is a Yamaha track and history does have a way of repeating itself. Marquez does not really love Assen and while it would be great to see a battle between Lorenzo and Dovi, if that comes to be, I don't see them fighting for 1st and 2nd place. Marky boy, will be looking to redeem himself this weekend, and if Michelin does not show up with .... tires, he will. Cal is due for a podium.

I am no weatherologist or anything, mate. But they are saying that the UK is going to have a big high in place for the next couple of weeks and, geographically speaking, Holland isn't too far away.
I know that isn't very scientific, but I think it should be a dry race.
If it is, then it's a real acid test for Horhay and the Duc'.
If he wins or is pushing for the win at Assen, then all talk of Mugello and Catalunya being 'Ducati tracks' (in relation to his new found form) are rendered moot.
It will also be interesting to see if there is uniformity with tire choices (with the exception of Marc running Hard/Hard) or if they will be all over the place.
I can't wait, I am having to watch WSBK, UFC and Forged in Fire to keep me ticking over
