I've stopped writing him off, now I just assume that Ramón Forcada and company will come up with something overnight, and that even if they don't he'll ride the crap out of his bike again tomorrow. The kid's got heart. But he does seem to struggle with tyre issues at the more abrasive tracks, and there's the possibility that tomorrow will be another result like at Indy as so far the weekends have been similar. By the same token I think Stoner is not going to scoot off at the start but will play the long game as he has so often this season. That probably means that half-way through lap 1 Stoner will be 3rd or 4th again, and anything can happen back there. And of course if it rains all bets are off.

Let's see if Ben Spies gets a decent start for once as well.

ive to date not seen him take it to Stoner at all. name ONE race where he did? where he actually "diced" with Stoner. nothing wrong with the tires or bike he just dont have the balls. Criville part 2 one hit wonder end of.

..and i have been crying like a baby since the 800s came into being bro cause the majority of the racing has been boring.. for a change i'd like to cry like a baby cause there was too many passes for the lead and i got scared

my internal clock will most likely wake me up as usual for the race because i love my sport and will again be in hopes for a proper battle that more than likely will not come.. (although 1:40am-3:00am warm-ups i will stay in bed)

It's too much about the bike.

As far as riding goes, Lorenzo has been really good. Stoner can leave him behind, but it's hard to say how much is due to better equipment - they are both damn good.

Come race time Lolli will be up there with CS I expect - he's a damn good fighter imo and he sure is fighting as best as he can - you must be fishing curve LOL.....

He will get past Pieman and Pedbot I expect and do all he can to battle CS - importantly this kid stays upright and gives it all I admire the kid but GO CS.

...... - I'll be on a overnight flight back to Sydney first race missed this season damn it !

i understand youve only started to fallow MotoGP since 2007.. but i wouldn't consider ONE pass for the lead dicing for first.. .......

The race being in Spain means 2 things.

1.Pedro/Lorezo will find that bit extra for the race...Spainish pride.

2.Simoncelli will find that bit extra for the race...he loves running Spainish riders off the track at any race in Spain.

yeah its called using speis' setup.

thats the main advantage lorenzo has over stoner. JLO gets access to Speis, edwards and Crutchlows setups/telemetry and also data from last year.

whereas stoner and his team is all by himself and hes still whooping him

i think that if either lorenzo or stoner were to take their teammates settings ,then the one getting anything out of it must be stoner ,keeping in mind that his team mates are closer to his size and weight

anyways,these guys know what to tell their crew , i think especially lorenzo has always done well in this area,as we could see in the ross-lorenzo years
