Beautiful machine. No surprise the manufacturers are moving towards race-only homologations, and bespoke (sort of) motorcycle building using a bin of race parts. I'm a bit surprised it took this long. If everything in WSBK must be homologated and made available for sale, why not slap most of it on a production bike at the factory, and then sell it for the maximum price allowed under the rules?
Kind of interesting to see the differing interpretations. BMW and Ducati are building road legal Super-Superbikes, while Yamaha is building a race only R1M variant.
