Mental, I know you pride yourself on thinking differently but I'm not sure why you are so keen to damage in the process. The presumption of innocence until proven guilty is a mark of a civilised society where people and corporations have rights and are protected from unsupported damaging accusations unless there is sufficient evidence to prove that they are guilty. Once accusations are made, the accused will somehow be tainted by those accusations. Your position on this is that Ducati are cheating even though noone else who is actually in the know has an issue with the test or is accusing them of breaking the rules. I don't know what was tested, neither do you, there is such a thing as defamation though and this is relevant where claims being made cannot be substantiated.
It's like a person who is accused of .... - that sticks even if it cannot be proven. If it can't be proven and that person didn't actually .... someone, why would a reasonable person want to damage their reputation through making such unfounded accusations?
