So I know they have the official tests in MotoGP during pre-season and throughout the year, but I have been curious how much riding of the GP bikes are the riders allowed to do? I'm sure during most of their off time they are doing the usual training (cycling, weights, etc), but do they get to...
I know it sounds pretty silly, but what the f@ck,we have to wait another 20 days to smell rubber at Brno,so we can discuss ........ threads!
But,joking aside,imagine the situation!
I think that it would be the closest championship in the history of motorcycle racing,at this level!
I really can't...
I'm not sure why some people like to pick at or dig at riders for being physically small. If they have something natural that gives them some kind of 'advantage', who is to tell them they can not use it?
As in basketball, physically tall players who have mediocre skills get drafted all the...
I remember reading something about getting a ride on a GP bike behind a GP rider some time ago, not sure exactly when. You get 2 laps, 1 to acclimatise yourself to their speeds, 1 to get a heart attack when they go full out. I also remember something about a guy who rode behind Biaggi and came...
If your favorite rider(s) have a rival or are intertwined in rivalries, do you refuse to cheer for their rivals (on other teams, or they may even be teammates)?
I cheer for riders that I happen to like, don't really take into consideration of rivalries.
In the U.S. at least.... including ME... I ....... HATE SQUIDS

Hi guys. Dont know if this has been done already, but I'm bored!
Just a chance for people to rate their all time favs, and a bit of justification.
Mine go like this...

What can I really say that has'nt been said already. 8 titles on different machinery in all classes, the guy is...
An excerpt from an article in RW Magazine.
“We have problem because we are going faster in the corners we we speak a lot about this subject with the Safety Commission.” said Valentino Rossi who sits on the commission with fellow riders Loris Capirossi, Marco Melandri and Chris Vermulen...
Ezpeleta and Uncini listen to riders´ suggestions on corner safety

what problem ? high corner speed is what racing is all about. racing has never been safer imo.
who rides for fun, who rides for money, who rides for competition. is riding in your blood.
I ride for enjoyment, and competition. i ride to win.
I ride motorcross, and I roadrace, because I love the sport
Marshalls are NOT there to assist riders to push start them or help them pick up thier bikes after they crash. if they cant do it themselves then they should be out.
talk about rider aids.
I am curious who you guys feel will be coming into the ranks of Moto GP over the next few years. Just a few I could see one day moving up in the ranks to Moto GP:
Bautista - probably the fastest rider in 250's right now but is having trouble keeping it on two wheels. If he can solve...
Interesting news on GPone:
http://www.gpone.com/news/News.asp?NNews=1886
Livio Suppo says Ducati will arrange extra tests with Bayliss and Biaggi,
to try to understand why the GP8 is so difficult to ride fast for any rider other than Stoner.
(And, I may add, even for Stoner himself lately...)...
There is apparently some discussion amongst MotoGP riders about the possibility of some form of protest at the Shanghai race in May. Opinions? I have followed events in Tibet for years but truly wonder about the general consensus in the MotoGP community on such matters.

Hi, to all you good people out there ! Me & my mates are proper Moto gp fans & can't wait for it to start again. But over the winter season, after a few Beers we got talking & I say they still use the Magic Box in ther leathers for the Riders Health, G's & lean angle. Or is the Aero hump just...

"The results are very impressive."
That was the feedback from Meegan Walker, Lab Coordinator at the University of the Sunshine Coast, when MotoGP pilot Chris Vermeulen subjected himself to the ultimate pre-season work...
Do you actually buy a Honda because Hayden rides one, or Pedrosa. Do you buy the Yamaha because Rossi races one? Do you buy a Kawa because Hopper races one. Does what you favorite racer ride really affect what bike and dealership you go into when buying a new bike?
With all the controversy over tires, ECUs, traction control etc.....There is on thing that will always be the same no matter what, the best riders will find a way to the top. Bikes can get easier to ride, but only the best will be contenders, no matter what machinery they have. Yes you can say...
