Melandri just renewed his contract with Gresini. For some reason however it was just a single year deal. I would figure Fousto would want to lock down Marco for a few more years than one. Who knows, maybe it was Marco's decision to sign a single year deal.

Not sure if it's true, just read on google that Marco Melandri has signed for Ducati for 2007. Anyone else hread anything?
