WSBK Phillip island 2012

Damn....did anyone else hear the sonic booms when Max's Aprilla came down the front stretch?

The Eurosport feed commentator said that when Max passed the BMW, it looked like they were back markers. Then he went on to say, this is BMW we are talking about, one of the strongest machines on the straight.

Wooo Hoooo!!! Racin's back! Yep, guys, the Duc and APR are the cream... BMW is looking way better (electrickery sorted?)... Kawi's effort looks serious and the 10zxrr is looking like it can be competitive... Honda and Suzi, the jury's still out.

Now we wait again - this is like teenage ...!!

Holy ....! great racing, Biaggi on fire, amazing, Checa, right on the money, there's the two reasons that Bayliss retired right there. If you can't win head to head against Toseland or Edwards on a diesel, you are gonnae dae .... all against credible GP riders. The Aprilia is fast, but hey, only one made the podium. Always loved Biaggi, he could be right in the mix wi Rossi and never cried or threw up after milk. Great rider.

Hopefully noised up Berry an the girls wi that, no apologies for laughing at Troy "Number One" Bayliss, one nut, one win, one country that finds him credible.

Sounds like Paul Hogan, One film, one country finds him funny.......

Biaggi for WSBK title 2012

Ducati already whining about the Aprilia. After last seasons dominance does anyone sympathize with them. Obviously without his miscue, Biaggi had the pace to win both races, but isnt it a little early for Ducati to be crying. Thats why i have a hard time getting on board with Ducati. It seems when another manufacturer gets it right, they ..... and want changes. When they get it right, the rules are just right and ..... if anything is changed

At first, Bayliss said his desire to race as a wild card at Phillip Island and later this season at Imola was denied by the Ducati factory. But Bayliss later posted on his Facebook page that politics were the reason his return was squelched.

"Hey guys, I want to make something clear, Ducati did not stop me from racing as a wild card at The Island and Imola. It was possible, but it became too political in the end, that's why I gave up, #21."

Err, yeah, I really believe you... Cue up PR damage control machine, 'uhm, yeah guys it was some other issue with the number thingy... (I need a ........ emoticon)

Interesting....

Really enjoyed the WSS race. What can you say about Sofuoglu ? Two WSS world titles and he just always looks on it in this class. The guy is just suited to this series.

Never had the pleasure of him in this series before.

Wasn't too impressed with him in moto2 last year.(he wasn't regularly at the pointy end).

But yeah can see what your saying did a good job!

I'm def not a Sofuoglu fan, however, his supersport prowess is undeniable. It really is quite amazing. When he moved to SBK he was virtually a non factor, in moto2 he did show signs of brilliance but I thing something wasn't clicking, now back in SS he is in his element.

Same here Jum. Never been a fan of his at all, but he just seems to relish SS.

he often acts like a total ...... but agreed, hes a great wss rider

i like watching him wrestle those 600s around but then again its no surprise he could not ride a bit smoother to get the most out of the moto2

no bayliss this year and they already overdo the moaning?f ducati
