yes. or maybe no. probably.. ;) but seriously, it pretty much seems so. barring injury, I wouldn't see who should be able to keep him from bagging it rather early. he's on the best bike, he 'clicks' perfectly with it, his crew is making things work for him, he is seemingly super-motivated, and his opponents are rather too far back already (JL), too out of their prime (VR) or too DP (DP) to take it away from him. 4/4 from pole, man.. today he did it on the medium compound tires (there was a tiny question mark on my mind whether making the hard compound work was his magic key, obviously not) - so even if his opponents are able to close the gap, I don't see noone taking this one off a healthy MM.

At the rate he's going nothing short of an injury will stop him. Has he even fallen in any of the practice sesions yet?

This is a bit of a silly question . Unless Marc gets injured and misses a bunch of races there is no way he will lose the title fight

I'd have thought it was obvious that he IS defending his World Championship Title 2013, as to whether he will win it, thats a different matter, seems he's gone back to chucking it down the road again.

Curentlly Marc Marquez is the best rider in MotoGP so is he the man to beat.
Now the battle will be for the 2nd position because Rossi, Pedrosa and Lorenzo are near.

No, I don't think so, will love to see a new champion.

New Champion (for 2015) can only = Former Champion in MotoGP.

The only person who's never won a championship who has both the equipment and talent (both required) is Pedrosa. Admittedly, he's a very long shot because he's rarely maintained fitness for an entire season. 2015 will be either Rossi or JL obviously. 2016 will be a repeat of 2015 with MM in the mix after learning not to ruin his own season early. Ducati will need another full season to come good.

Definitely not, he'll more than likely kill either himself or someone else if he tries.

He's got a better chance of stuffing that finger where the sun don't shine

... that can also apply to 2015.

Now that the Honda (and his head) seem to be more stable, I think he's going to go on a tear and win most of the remaining races. With 225 points left, his 65 pt deficit is not insurmountable.

Marc Murder Mayhem in 2015! :1a:

If MM wins the remaining races and Rossi finishes second or third Rossi will be the new champion. 363 - 339. MM needs Rossi to crash or break

Peddles and Lorenzo (when he's allowed to run the tires he likes) will both take plenty of points from VR.

I don't know if the Maniac Mauler can fully catch up or not, but I think it will be close, VERY close.

I think, Marc has a good chance of winning most of the remaining races since he changed back to the 2014 chassis. But still, I think he will lose the championship by the margin of points that he lost when he crashed this season.
