....Jeez I'm fryin circuits over this one Eagle, bloody good question...
Probably Porto. Is that allowed? West might be worth a shot. Scaping the bottom of the barrel here. I didn't realize how many good riders the world over had factory bikes. In the end I'd have to go with my heart and say Josh Brookes. Bit of a gamble, but it might pay off.
Thanks for the complement. I thought of this question while I was on the can at the mall the other day.
I wish I had been more clear when I specified the rules about no factory riders. I would have said Chris Walker but he is ridding for the Riz now. I liked Fonsi Nieto and Fabrizio becuase they put up good and consistent results last year in WSBK. Not to mention, I thought they got more out of their equipment than anyone else could have. I don't think that PSG-1 Kawasaki is a true works team, but I could be wrong.
I may be inclined to look at Danny Eslick here in the states, but he would have to clean up his act first. Eslick has more talent than some GP riders IMO, but the kid just does not have his head on straight. Man do I have stories about Eslick.
