Just call the number on the back of your card and tell them it's not an authorized purchase.
They're saying they will refund me now...guess i will have to find another way of watching next season as i don't really want to use them again,thing is, if they'd offered me next season at the same price as last season as compensation for all the technical issues they had for the Aussie GP where i was on the verge of smashing my laptop in frustration at missing the end of the race,i would have re subscribed for the 6th season in a row,instead they hike the price up another $50, BAD customer service in my book.
