I'm going out on a limb here even though I don't want it to happen and I think Stoner may win .. but

Pedrosa
Stoner
Melandri

And my Tarro card reader says Elias is going to "go nuts" somehow ... he is capable of winning by a mile ... or losing by a mile ..

1st Pedrosa
2nd Stoner
3rd Hayden

Rossi abandons with a damaged tyre, Michelin technician grins.
<

I think Hayden might do well, he goes well here and has yet to win a race this year.

1. Hayden
2. Stoner
3. Vale (gets ass whipping down the valencia straight while defending Pedrosa)

We got our first real taste of 'Aussie, Ducati, Bridgestone' power at Valencia last year. & I see no reason why it's going to be any different.

1. KC
2. The Spanish Leprechaun
3. The sandbagging old fart who decides the rules

the durability of the bridgstones will be good for this track, so i say stoner ftw, the michelins will prob turn into paper mache but you never know lol

1.stoner
2.hayden
3.rossi
4.pedro linguini (lol)
5.melandri

Gazing into my crystal ball I can see.....
...that.....
...............I will be there!!!......

Haha...sorry guys. Just too much excitement to contain.

Common sense tells me that casey will win. Vale will be second - depending on whether Michelin let him go with good grace or pull out one of their 'special' valentino rossi tyres in revenge.... Dani will be 3rd.
What I wish for is something else of course ie Vale to be so tired out from his night of romping with me that he won't be able to get into the saddle!

Rossi to win - and in the spirit of schoolboy football:

'Last ones the winner' - which means Rossi will become World Champion.

As long as he can keep his bike cool.

Or maybe Duck should just roll out Bayliss and let him kick all their arses again

<

Snorvey

I predict...

A white man shall win the race.

Do I get a prize if my correct ethnic group wins?
<

My Predition is...
1) Stoner
2) Capirossi
3) Vermeulen

and that Michelin's will be useless again.

------------
Valencia 2007 is the 100th GP of the 4-stroke era. Of the past 99 races, Rossi has won 49
<

If he wins on Sunday, he will round it nicely at 50/100 - so I really think he's going to try and win if he can. The lad likes statistics. Another one is that if he ends up on the podium, it will be his 100th podium...

So Valentino will be highly motivated (he also wants to secure 2nd place in the championship) but it's going to be tough. I see a podium filled with the usual suspects:

Stoner
Rossi
Pedrosa

<

With spoilers like Melandri, Elias, Hayden and Capirossi.
<

Then on monday, keep looking because Honda will test their 2008 bike (with a pneumatic valve V-4) for the first time. Others too will be testing.
<

1. Piccolo Pedrosa (Spaniards at home? You know the rest)
2. Rossi
3. Stoner

Repeat of Catalunya, three way battle but the order is reveresed..

Here is my new "fairytale prediction"

1. Capirossi ..... as a fitting fairwell from Duc.
2. Stoner to back him up.... may even pull away to a great lead and then let Capi win out of respect. Or If Capi is feeling just as noble ....and won't accept the compliment .. they will cross the line holding hands in a first time non-decideable photofinish win that will create great Ducati posters and Motogp memorabillia for years to come.

3. Pedrosa ..... saving some Spanish grace .... or in seeing Capi and Stoner ahead having a "Chip and Dale" style "who should win?" argument, seizes the moment and overtakes for the win at the finish line to win by 10mm. In which case Rossi will, argue with, then force Dorna to give him a 3rd place on the podium instead of a 4th as it would have been in the past ( his argument being that they took up only one spot on the finish line/track ... and they were on Bridgestones ) and will hold up until everyone realises he actually DNF'd, back at lap 11, due falling off in shock as Michelin had given him a good tyre and he wasn't used to riding on a smooth tyre.

Is that what you guys who say "the racing is boring" ... mean by racing??
<

Stoner to chuck it down the road.

1st Rossi
2nd Pedrosa
3rd Melandri

Hayden not to finish, Kurtis to come last and Elias to have one hell of a smash! (but he'll be ok, but his bike won't)

All the champs

1. Rossi
2. Stoner
3. Hayden

Last race sniff sniff...
