First impressions: .... Phillip Island is beautiful!

I particularly enjoyed the on board laps. Dudes on the gas all around, big balls. I wish all the riders had a factory RCV or M1 at their disposal. All these riders deserve for their talents to be on display at this special circuit. Sadly only four got the tools, really lamentable.

My favorite scene in motorsport is when they top the rise on the front straight, and it looks like they are riding of a cliff into the ocean from a certain camera angle

Agree, there are so many great views. Calm down Columbo.
 
PI is a great old school track. They don't make em like that anymore. It's probably the only track where race fans watch on tv and take their eyes off the bikes to look at the view.


 


I think its Sibera where the great ocean view comes into screen.

Arn't you gonna sleep tonight?  Geez.  Finally we get to watch a bit during a decent hour (its prime time here).  Now you tasting a bit of our ungodly time to watch the proceedings buddy.
 
New surface should see some bloody fast times. Lorenzo and Marquez will push each other all the way in qualifying. Good to see the riders get an opportunity to really open the bikes up at Phillip Island, half the tracks on the calendar barely see them stretching their legs.

Yeah, i hate these eastern rounds. Good racing but at an anti social time.

My little hyo has managed over 105,000 km so far, I'm sure could make it no worries. And she,s all I need to whoop your lazy skiddkid arse
