Yea.
Are they going to try out a new engine too?Or are they just trying different electronic settings maybe?

We'll see how it turns out by friday if they can shave off a second and a half or something, but they seem to have better weather than the others at Jerez at least.
Oliver Jaque is the fastest Kawasaki rider, that's interresting.

Chris Vermeulen:

“It was a good test and I think I managed to get almost 250 laps done in the three days, which is about 1,100kms on the bike! We had a lot of new parts from Suzuki to try including, front forks, rear linkages, new frames and swinging arms and we also tested some control tyres from Bridgestone - which look like they will be the spec tyre for next year - and they worked pretty well with the bike straight away. We also tested the new engine spec that we had at the Valencia test and that worked pretty well – but I want more steps in the same direction! We also had some electronic modifications and with all this we were able to find some good improvements and we were consistently quicker around here than we were in the race. We have definitely taken a step forward with the bike and we certainly have a direction with all the parts that we tested here to make significant improvements in next year’s tests. I am really looking forward to the first test of next year and being able to use the new stuff that Suzuki will be able to develop from the results we have had here.”

Reading between the lines .... Suzuki hasn't found a Christmas present For Chris and Loris!

They should take all the money and resources they save by not racing in the AMA anymore and pump it into the GSVR800 development fund. That would be awesome.

Why?..they do better in AMA and SBK...maybe they should give up Moto GP

Ahhhhh....no. They are getting bored with crushing the US competition. MotoGP is next!!!!

So bored they didn't need the "CRUSHER" in Moto GP
<

I don't think they need a crusher just yet. I'm sure they are looking far and wide for a ringer to replace Capirossi in 2010.

Mladin could have gone to MotoGP with one phone call. He's the one who failed to step up. Now he'll be sitting in the stands all next year with no ride. He would have been fantastic in MotoGP.

if the tests havent gone too well for suzook, then i am quite glad. it means they will hopefully be doing some hard work over the testing ban instead of sitting around with their thumbs in each others butt.
if what vermeulen says is true, it seems they have taken a small step forward, instead of the massive leap that they need...
