Ducati would never leave a bike sitting in the garage. Someone else would be on it. Heck...they might even bring in Bayliss. Though Gibernau is more likely. Sadly Canepa is injured so I doubt he'd be able to get some practice under his belt for next year.

Dream on Burky... Honda don't care about Nicky but they sure as hell care about losing face. I doubt they'd let him go with any good grace.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>I think Stoner will want to beat Rossi every single race until he retires including the remaining ones this year. Can you imagine the innane BS Rossi fans would be flailing around if he left early injury or not?
Get over yourself honey. I'm a rossi fan but I think that if Casey doesn't get it together at Montegi (which he won't if he needs surgery frankly) then he should go and get that wrist fixed asap. There's being a hero and there's being stupid. Risking permanent damage for a title might be worth it but risking permanent damage to get the no 2 plate off Pedders isn't. I'd hate to see him ruin his career out of sheer bloody mindedness. What I hate just as much are the 'rossi fans are all mindless idiots with half a brain cell between the lot of them' insinuations. Bleh...
