If I was a Sat team I wouldn't give a damn about the engine rule. Take the one race hit on your bad track anyway, start at the back and then you'll have a one race engine for the next race. What are the chances that they are going to win anyway? And if you are good like Jorge, you can move up the order from last in no time.
