Hi

Any speedway fans here? (Hope I am in the right section!!)

Very sad news that Lee Richardson passed away at the weekend after a crash in Poland.

Such a shame - Lee was a great rider.

Very sad, i did post an RIP in another thread where prior to his untimely death we were debating speedway. He also rode for my local club (poole pirates) a few years ago.

Ah sorry about that - I have only just joined and didn't see anything about speedway anywhere. Obviously I need to change me glasses!! lol.

Anyway - who do we think will pick up Speedway honours this year? And who are your favourite riders?

Some good news re Leigh Adams - he is detemined and working hard on his rehab, he's aiming to try and walk in the near future all the best Leigh !

Yes, the Lee Richardson accident did not look bad. I am sure that an airbag fence would have saved him.

I went to a Leigh Adams fund raising meeting in South Australia 6 months ago. Hope he can come good.

Crumpy seems to be hitting a bit of form this year, as does Nicki. Chris Holder does seem to be one for the future (although my other half seems to have taken an irrational dislike to him lol!).
