I heard from friends they stopped showing it on the free channels around 3 years ago and because of that it's popularity has really nosedived. You can still watch it on starsports, but you have to pay extra and it's with chinese commentary.

We get it live here in Japan on cable, but the commentary is about as exciting as a news program. Those guys only get excited when the camera's on Nakano. Good thing there's dual audio.

Yes all stop signs are like those in the USA. They changed them over quite a number of years ago.
