Shoya Tomizawa, rest in peace

How sad......

Made me well up tbh.

Yeah me too. It's always horrible when this happens, but this one really hit me hard. He was a great young talent and you couldn't help but love the guy, with his spectacular riding style and that huge grin he always had.

RIP Shoya.

Glad to hear Scott and Alex are doing OK too.

I just want to point out I spelt "PEACE" incorrectly in the sub-title. It is a honest error on my part & was not ment to disrespect Shoya. I have sent a request to have this thread merged with the other.

No problem evo9... we all understood. Shoya, respect from all of bikerdom are due and given. Saw it live and it was as bad as it gets. Peace out Shoya.

I don't think anyone even considered your typo was intended as a disrespect mate. you were typing under stress.

It is so hard to digest Tomizawa's death. He was such a bright new face in the paddock complemented with all the talent. I'd almost been wishing he win the moto2 championship after the first couple of races. We are left feeling numb after this.

What a sad day it was...i was there yesterday and it was announced over the loud speakers just before the moto gp podium.

People were numb...

RIP Tommy you were an incredible talent that still had lots to demonstrate. I miss you...

What a great guy, he must have been to make such an impact on the likes of ROSSI, Lorenzo and Pedro, who were obviously very shocked to hear the news, back at parc ferme.

R.I.P
