Should the likes of Checa get a penalty?

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Tom @ May 9 2008, 05:00 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Yes of course this is the case when one rider is wiped out innocently with no reasonable way of knowing what is about to happen to them. But those incidents are very different to the one being discussed here. It might help you understand the context more if you read the previous posts through.
Context? That means nothing to you. The incident you describe above is the exact thing that happened to Max Nuecher and you say it was a mere "racing incident". Is there no bottom to your abyss of understanding? Why do you suppose this is even the thread topic? It is NOT a gray area, this is a text book example of a "rider wiped out innocently with no reasonable way of knowing what is about to happen"! Yet you throw your lot in with those saying, ah, nothing out of the ordinary here, its just a mere "racing incident" no problem, nothing should be done. You type but you say nothing that makes sense. Too bad for you that I'm one of a few that calls you on your inconsistent reasoning every time you open your computer and decide to type something.

I agree with you, in the max N/Checa crash it is clear that Max was wiped out, but that doesn't necessarilly warrent a peanalty in my view. As has been said before there are many other factors and each situation is different.
