Saving MotoGP media files

Well dunno about you. But I've got the top package paid up and if I go to the 'full race' section of the video page, only the last few races come up. I can't, for example, sit back and rewatch Jerez. I think a 'premium' package should be just that, but there's nothing premium about this except the price. You can't rewatch a race 'anytime'. You can rewatch whatever they choose to make available at any time. Which is hardly the same thing!

They've done away with races from other seasons but you can still watch any race of this season. At the top of the page there is a list of the tracks that are on the schedule, each track is displayed. Click on the track and you can select from news, photos or video and it will display all the news, photos or videos from the selected race. Hope that helps.

the site can be a little confusing & don't make it easy to find things, but it is there.

I was under the impression they had a pretty big archive of races from previous seasons..

they have an archive section. go's way back. or at least it use to. have'nt checked it in a while.

OK the archive is there. At the top of the homepage you have all the tracks listed one by one. THen at the right you have a little button with 2006 on it. Next to it (or above it..not sure) it says 'select year'. If you click on 2006, you get a list of years, and you can select whichever year you're after. Then go and click on anyone of the tracks from that season. Once you've done that, you get four buttons coming up: info video photo and news. If you click on the video then on 'full video' in the usual manner, you should be able to watch the race. The last couple of years are definitely there. THis weekend I watched a few races from 2004. I think 2002 onwards are there if you're after full races. I don't think the earlier ones are. Not exactly 'intuitive'. But yeah some stuff is there after all...instead of putting in a decent archive like anyone else would do they have to make it hard for you. Ah well....
