It's debatable. KRJR is having trouble putting the thing in the top 10 and KRJR is the same man who gave Rossi fits in the rain aboard a Suzuki. In my opinion, KRJR is one of the saddest stories in MotoGP. A guy who took a sorry excuse for a GP bike in the GSV-R and challenged Rossi in the wet (as long as the bike didn't expire). His results were very similar to those of Gibernau when they were teammates at Telefonica Movistar Suzuki, Gibernau had the sponsorship and Roberts didn't, Gibernau got a Honda and Roberts didn't. I'm not a huge KRJR fan but then again it's hard to cheer against royalty, that being said, he could have been a serious challenger aboard a Honda.
I feel sorry for Sete Gibernau. Last year he was doing pretty well but was still second-fiddle to Valentino, this year he hasn't even got a look in. His MotoGP career has been harsh on him.

Agreed. Better for both parties anyway. If Rossi gets back to the top he can negotiate for a fatter paycheque in 2008, or go to a new team if he feels like it, and if it works out that he`s past his prime by then, (With all these new rookies, and him pushing the big 3-0, not out of the question) Yamaha can dump him. But I dont think they will for a while, even if he does become a grid filler. Yamaha are addicted to him so after his time passes if he doesnt choose to leave theyll hold onto him like a drunk with an empty bottle, wishing it was full again.
