That was not cleanly at all and btw you are the only one that still believe in that kick after the all world have seen the sequence again and again it is crystal clear that there was no kick. The only think was a frustrated kid that will never win as much as Rossi even if he will be born again 3 times

You from AU? Few of us about. Where do you hail from?

And Rossi is so telling the truth that he got a punishment from the stewards. As always, the "innocents" are always getting punished :spin:

He was punished for going wide and pushing MM out. If he had been penalised for kicking, the punishment would have been much higher. 3 points was a fair price IMHO.

Sorry if using facts does not equate to intellectual reasoning for you He was not penalized or accused of kicking, he was penalized for slowing down and interfering. Don't let facts get in the way of your argument.
Strange though. Poor Rossi did nothing. However, many pilots agree that if someone else would have been in Rossi's position, he would have been blackflagged. Stoner is just one of the many pilots that agree on this:

MotoGP | GP de Malaisia | Stoner: "De ser otro diferente a Rossi, habría bandera negra" | Motociclismo | AS.com

I don't know what Rossi fanboys smoke nowadays, but it must be something really good.

It's not that everybody believe he is the Greatest. Maybe It's just that what you call ......... actally won more world's championship than anyone else in the history of motor. And btw someone should tell that little ..... of Marquez that if you play the hard game and you crash than you should not go to cry at daddy.
No mister, ......... Playing it hard is different than just kicking someone of track. Marquez played it hard within the limits of the rules. Rossi didn't play within the limit of the rules. The stewards have created a very dangerous precedent. They showed that kicking people of track is not penalized. Rossi should be careful in Valencia. Marc might return him the favour. That's why the pussyboy is crying to not start in Valencia. He knows Marc will pay him back.

Lol. Why Rossi fans are so delusional ? Didn't you notice that Marc has broken ALL records that Rossi has ever gathered ? He is only 3 years in motogp. You can't expect him to hav won 9-10 championships already. But on pure talent, Marquez owns Rossi in every department. And he didn't need to cheat for that. Rossi is known for 2 decades of cheating in MotoGP.

Of course, in your opinion, as a Rossi fanboy. But the reality is that Marquez has 0 points while he could have 16 or even more. Rossi stole his 16 points. So the only fair penalty would be one in which Rossi got the same amount of points as the guy he ...... up his race. So 0 points for Rossi. Every other punishment is not fair. Rossi deliberately put Marc out of the race.

Kicking or not, though every non Rossi fanboy agrees that he kicked him, the stewards did conclude that Rossi deliberately put Marc out of the race. This is not Rossi making a mistake that caused Marc to fall. The stewards agreed he took him out deliberately. And you could clearly see this because before this happened, Rossi was making signs with his arm that Marc should pass if he dares to. He even made a movement with his leg treatening of kicking him of the bike. And then when he was overtaking him, you could see Rossi looking very well where he was going to kick his bike and then he did exactly what he beforehand was treatening to do. But of course, Rossi didn't kick. It is all just coincidence that exactly happened what he predicted to do before it happened.

I think Rossi fanboys need to go to shrink because the amount of ........ that I read from them the past 24 hours is unbelievable.

At first, I too thought that Rossi kicked MM. After watching multiple angles, multiple times, it is was clear that MM made the initial contact which caused VR's left leg reaction. The leg movement had nothing to do with MM hitting the tarmac though. Some of MM's moves before the "Incident" were quite aggressive. They traded paint multiple times. Yes, VR took him wide. No, he didn't kick him as many of you are claiming. Yes, there was some leg action but it's quite clear that it wasn't a kick.

Ditto, unfortunately this thread is being monopolised by Marc Marquez from Espain.

If I were Rossi I would have punched that little ..... in the face. He was way too composed. MM is a talented rider but he is a spoilt prick.

Look at the movement of his front wheel before the impact, in that turn they were doing 40mph still look at how much his bike was leaning vs Rossi's, he was falling already when he hit VR knee with his helmet for the first time. At that point VR was already looking fwd and moving the knee wide when you feel you are being hit by something is just a normal reaction.

As far as the motivation for penalising him are concerned, they are a joke, he went wide deliberately but so what? He had the racing line and he never ever pushed MM bike off track, they were very slow in that corner and MM could turn safely if he wanted, instead he chose to open gas and hit VR.

Bravo MM, you are as talented as dumb.

It's funny that someone from "Espain" with the nick "Marc Marquez" claims to be objective and accuses other to be Rossi's fan boys!!!

Dear Marc Marquez, your idol is a good rider, no doubt, but he is also the biggest prick on the track these days! What would you write if it was MM to fight for the title and VR did that to him? What if VR and not MM head butted your idol and he fell down while racing for the title?? Come on be objective.

The fact that MM is talented and is a much better rider and will break every record Rossi has (happy?) is not an excuse for his behaviour on the track.

I am not from Espain. And even if I was, that has nothing to do with the fact that Rossi kicked MM from his bike. It is unbelievable. You can clearly see before he kicks MM, that he warned him exactly that he was going to kick him. Then the kick actually happens but all the Rossi clan starts inventing stuff like "you can't fall by a kick", "his foot slide", "it was Marc that hitted Rossi", ... The stewards even punished him, but no no no, Rossi did nothing bad, it was MM that did all the wrong. MM is not allowed to race Rossi because MM can't win the championship anymore. Maybe all other drivers should not drive anymore this season ? Let's say in Valencia only 2 drivers will be on track: Rossi and Lorenzo. In that case Lorenzo can only get 5 points back so we can gift Rossi this championship. Is that OK for the Rossi fanboys ?

Dude, Rossi has always had troubles with his competitors because he is a cheater and wants to win by playing his usual mindgames. He had his fights with every one of his competitors. He had fights like this with Gibernau, Lorenzo, Biaggi, ... and now he is having them with Marquez. On the other hand, all these other riders NEVER had any problem with any other driver, also not in the inferior categories. But still the Rossi fanboys are so delusional to really believe their hero is a good guy and it is always the other ones that are against him.

If Rossi would have shut up his mouth, nothing would have happened between him and Marquez. It is Rossi that used mindgames in the press conference to force other people to let him pass easily so he will be handed the championship on a platter. It is Rossi that tries to cheat himself off track into a new world championship. He has no right to accuse Marquez of helping Lorenzo, especially not after he beat him on track in the last lap last race. Marquez is VERY annoyed about these comments. It has put a lot of unnecessary pressure on him. Marquez didn't want to be involved in the title fight, but Rossi forced him by his feminine ..... comments after the race.

So if you want to be objective, than admit that Rossi should have shut up his mouth and nothing would have happened. Rossi started this ........ and he is such a scumbag that he didn't even apologize to Marquez for the incident. So are you telling me that you agree that you kick a rival from the track and afterwards not even have the decency to apologize ?? Is that part of your race ethics view ? Be objective ...

The fact that MM is talented and is a much better rider and will break every record Rossi has (happy?) is not an excuse for his behaviour on the track.
Marquez had 0 problems with anyone in his whole career. Rossi is the only one. Just like 99 % of riders that have had problems with Rossi. The only thing that Marquez should change, is be a little bit less agressive on track. But he does that to everyone, not only Rossi. That's just his way of driving. And actually, he is very good at it. The stewards said that even though he was agressive, he did nothing against the rules. All his passes were clean.

Dear Marquez

Having done such unsportsmanlike conduct 2 races in a row your idol are such a ....... disgrace to this sport - MotoGP. Hope he will stop it as having fall off twice when duel with Rossi this season haven't looked bad enough.

Fallen ? :D

You are a new category of Rossi fanboy. You are the one that still believes Rossi is/was better than Marquez :D. Good luck in Valencia when Rossi tries to pass Marquez again.

Hi all,

"Declaration of interests" :)
- Yes, i am a VR fan. (Why, for races like in PI when i got penalized with 10 secs for overtaking under yellow flags ... and he managed in half race to pull that advantage to still win)
- Yes i don't like MM very much. (because it seems that certain moves are allowed as long as he is the one doing them)

POINTLESS to debate who is the best, BLA BLA BLA!
Now, Pedrosa is right, the "BOOK" is not good enough and that is a BIG problem.

My opinion, if a rider causes other to abandon a race. Or run wide/off track he should get the same points as the person affected.
- Rossi should in this case get 0 points. He should loose with grace (Even if played by MM)
- MM caused already 0 points to Pedrosa, early this year caused an abandon to Bautista ... and why not, he bumped Lorenzo out of track at Lorenzo corner, Espargaro on the past as well. On all those cases MM speech was very different, why?
- Not nice to see Lorenzo "asking" for a bigger penalty "without" saving his ... by saying he would like to beat Rossi fair and square! :)

Now, we need to summarize the claim of Rossi. And there are only 2 possibilities:
1) MM is in fact Playing him.
If this is what is happening, MM is a disgrace to the sport! And honestly, if this is true i would be happy to see him NEVER winning another race again.
I think MM was angry with Argentina crash and with Assen, as seen on all press conferences. He was never wrong at nothing and VR was wrong. But on those 2 MM was on the weak side and classified and the contact responsible!!!
Usually, is very hard to pass MM. So, if he was on full speed how VR was able to pass him all those times?
On one exit of turn 9 i believe MM tried to do on VR the argentina move. I watched MM line on all passes and that time alone he sent the back of the bike much more aggressively to the outside (where VR was).
Finally, MM year was done and his attitude of overtaking all the time and whenever way possible VR just gave more credit to the opinion of VR! :-(
Personally i would say MM should be calmer and take VR if he could by the end of the race on one single surgical and precise move.
2) VR is totally delusional on his claim.
not much to say, if this is the reallity VR is in total disgrace and desperate because he realized will be hard to win the title again.

On the END, i am very disappointed with them BOTH and Lorenzo as well.
- MM should ensure he causes no harm to a championship contender.
- VR should never push him wide.
- Lorenzo should not open his mouth simply to ask for penalties to VR, looks like he wants to win at all costs as well.

One of these days i will only follow motogp to see my fellow portuguese Miguel Oliveira that is at amazing form and winning races on an unbelievable way.

Guys, please be sensitive and debate the races. Stop insulting each others. We are just fans.
And also, please stop trying to measure who's the best rider. Measure that once MM and VR are both enjoying their "retirement".

regards

fact that Rossi kicked MM from his bike. It is unbelievable. You can clearly see before he kicks MM, that he warned him exactly that he was going to kick him.

Lol, you talk like the soviet propaganda, inventing things that do not exist.

What you call a fact did not happen, even race direction said that. And you are so privileged that you could hear ("exactly") Rossi in his helmet saying "Marc I am going to kick you".

Rossi just tried to make eye contact to give him the WTF look and then looked forward to race again, until he was hit by the little prick with a head butt on the knee. You need to be silly to think Rossi would deliberately kick him in front a few million people and half a dozen camera.

Wish your idol to break every record but he will never be as entertaining as watch Rossi or other riders. When boring JL e MM will lead races from start to finish you will regret Rossi retiring. If you don't like Rossi's riding you don't like motorcycling, rest is .........

I thought you were out of here?

Here's a suggestion. Come out of 'retirement' and pull exactly the same .... as your hero on track - which is actually a worrying prospect since a precedent has now been set. At grass roots level you'll find that you'll no longer have an ACU licence threaten to 'scan in' on an internet forum.

JK - look what he typed!!! 'Just sayin' 'raofl'

until he was hit by the little prick with a head butt on the knee. .

...and hypothetically - although I'm sure you're more than familiar with the scenario - if someone were to punch you very hard in the face it could be justified by the assailant because a 'little prick' ran into their fist?

Mais, I'm going to post the official statement from race direction in the vain hope you can understand it:

To: Mr. Valentino Rossi, Rider No. 46 of the MotoGP Class.

Dear Sir,
According to Article 3.5.5 of the FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix Regulations, we confirm our decision.

Motive
On 25th October 2015 during the MotoGP race of the Shell Malaysia Motorcycle Grand Prix, you deliberately ran wide on Turn 14 in order to force another rider off line, resulting in contact causing the other rider to crash.

This is considered to be irresponsible riding causing danger to other competitors and is therefore an infringement of Article 1.21.2 of the FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix Regulations.

Convocation
You were requested to attend a Race Direction hearing. Both riders involved were present at the hearing, both gave testimony, and video evidence was reviewed.

Decision
For the above motive, Race Direction has decided to impose on you the addition of 3 penalty points on your record, according to Article 3.2.1. of the FIM Road Racing World

Note the part in bold. The official statement makes no mention of the kick, for they don't care. Rossi's 'direction' at turn 14 forced Marquez to have an accident. He is being punished for taking DELIBERATE line that forced another rider off the track.

The 'kick' or lack of, is irrelevant. So, have fun wasting your time arguing it to death on here

I just realised, all the Rossi fanboys consider anyone that beats Rossi a "Disgrace to the sport".

I predict mass suicide when he retires...
