the strange thing about meeting jumkie was i had never met him face to face but had seen a photo of him and talked on here with him for 2 years. when we met at no time did i feel like he was a stranger, it really fely like i had known him for 2 years

i tell ya what tho baldy,,.... you try getting a word in edgeways when debating face to face with jumkie

we got back to jumkies house and watched the race he had recorded on tv. just before casey came off jumkie started with a "dirty racing" comment. this debate was verbal not written.......... priceless

I thought when this thread started that it was the best ever, its just getting better and better!

I would kill for a trip like that. Sat at work extremely pissed off and this is just making my day.

Bring them on. Not sure if you remember, but Rog was my nemesis here. When I joined, Rog was part of the mindless-cheerleading squad hammering at Hayden fans because he beat "Thee Great one". Well fight after fight (that he lost of course) and two years later, now to a point where I stood with him in the hot sun, leaning up against the scorching hood of the SUV (which was turned on and the hot air from the engine was blowing on us) running and ready to whisk away, only to get a 2.3 second glimpse at Rossi and click off a pic. ....... amazing ....!

Ah, I wish instead of taking a picture of Casey in his Hummer, I would have had the presence of mind to take a snap shot of Roger's face when he was gasping for air to tell me it was Stoner at the driver's seat. ....... Roger and Casey's leather were about the same shade of red! Hahaha. Mrs. Stoner was having a laugh too.

Guys, this has to be THE best thread on this forum ever - I've just read every post top too bottom and it's just great!

Glad you both had a great time, sounds like an awesome trip Rog, especially to Laguna.

Loving all the stories - especially the one were Rog went misisng on the bikes!

I'm so jealous, but totally happy that the forum has help facilitate a weekend never to forget!

The Stoner in a hummer shot should be framed! pure class
