Look behind you....
I've seen already two comments with regards to my new avatar, which is indeed of Richard Burns. WRC was the first form of racing I ever watched, and Burns was my favourite driver, admittedly for the one season I watched it. I don't believe he died of a brain tumour aged 34

That was a big loss to the world, and what was even worse that he died on the same weekend as George Best, so none of the major news networks focused on him at all. He deserves much more recognition than he got.

Wow, thats impressive. Finally, I've found a forum where people know who Richard Burns is. My friends here helpfully pointed out that my MSN avatar wasn't of me, and asked who it was >_> Most of the people on my contact list have no idea who he was.

richard was an excellent rally driver and he was an ambassodor for the sport.to die so young from an illness like that is such a waste.he was involved in a highly dangerous sport which has had its fatalities in the past.
i was shocked to hear when he died an he will be sadly missed

He was a great rally driver, that I loved to watch when he was racing a few years back. I do agree that he hasn't got as much attention as he should of.
