I will be watching the timing sheet while I'm pretending to pay attention to my tax clients.

Nicky doing ok on the 07 bike right now. JT seems to be keeping up his testing pace so far.

Live timing is ...... about 13 125 ruders are still on my screen with all the motoGP guys. Krummenacher is beating guintoli atm.

wow stoner is in the 1:55 category

Looks like Casey was trying to make a statement and Lorenzo answered with one of his own.Nicky turned his best lap on #4.WTF.Pedro made steady progress up the charts after sucking hind ... early. As far as Stoner,ITS NOT THE BIKE,look how lousy the other Ducs looked today.Same as they looked last year and the same as they looked in testing.

i agree its not just the bike but its not just the rider either, its a combination of both they suit eachother down to the ground like the perfect relationship.
the only thing i can say about the dukes is they seem to be fast up in the top end, well caseys and marcos do anyway, but it looks like marco can only going quick in a straight line

Impressive by 2. Lorenzo and 3. Dovizioso
Rossi slower than Lorenzo both in lap time and top speed. Looks like stil have a job to do with traction out of the corners.

Hmmm... This IMHO shows that Capirossi was sincere. He told Ducati, look, it's not my fault, but this GP7, as it is, requires a very peculiar riding style that comes natural to Stoner but probably to Stoner only... If you keep developing the bike in that direction it'll suit Stoner more and more but surely not me, so I better go...

Ducati didn't believe him and kept developing the bike for Stoner, thinking that a younger rider would adjust fairly easily and their bike would shine with two different riders. See now where Melandri, Elias and Guintoli are... Capi was right.

Ducati went Stoner's direction with no hesitation and now they are on top, but they're probably not feeling completely satisfied as they are 100% rider-dependent.
