<span style="color:#00FF00miller is not in the middle of an unihabited desert. it's 30min from downtown saltlake city... more populated than birmingham i suspect. the facilities are also top notch.
does barber have fixed garages?
Birmingham is actually more populated than SLC. Yes, Miller is a very nice facility, so is Barber and WAY prettier. I drew back on my Geography lessons and did a little research to confirm what i was thinking.I obviously have way to much time on my hands, but hey im in the boat business and its turning cold here in Tennessee. Kind of a double whammy.
These are Metropolitan area population numbers for the major cities within 800 miles of SLC and Birmingham .
Birmingham 1.2 mil
Nashville 1.5 mil
Louisville 1.2 mil
Indianapolis 1.7 mil
Chicago 8.1 mil
Cleavland 2.2 mil
Dallas 6.5 Mil
Detroit 4.4 mil
Houston 5.7 mil
Kansas City 2.0 mil
Miami 4.9 mil
New Orleans 1.3 mil
Pittsburg 2.4 mil
St Louis 2.8 mil
Washington DC 5.3 Mil
Atlanta 5.3 mil
Memphis 1.3 mil
----------------------------
57.5 mil
SLC 1.1 mil
Denver 2.3 mil
San Fran 7.0 mil
LA 17.7 mil
-------------------
27 mil
I chose the 800 mile figure because that was about the distance from SLC to its largest benefactor of Los Angeles. If you knock the number to 500 miles, you eliminate all but 3.4 million of the 27 million for SLC. Using the same 500 miles distance you end up with12.2 mil out of 57.5 million for Birmingham
My point is, Birmingham is closer to much more populated areas than SLC and i believe using simple %'s, they would draw a larger crowd than SLC
