For now it's legal, but if most people in Utah had their way it wouldn't be. Same with street legal motorcycles

Well neither is cancer. But at least there is always chemo. Looks like we are stuck with Peders though.
 
I for one hope Nikki is on it this year. he deserves a better year, and he will fight for it.

The only thing that concerns me is that although he has to adjust and get used to the bike coming from a honda etc.... that is exactly what Casey did and in his very first test on a Duke he was the fastest.

So i kinda dont buy the it takes time to adjust etc... as you can be pretty confident that if Rossi was to jump on the Duke he would be in the top 4 no worries straight up.

We do know from Fillipos comments that Nikki is brave...he was quoted as saying something like Hayden keeps the gas open when the bike is doing some really violent shaking...even more so than Casey. Apparently Ducatti knew that within 30 mins that Melandri was going to be no good on the bike, iv not heard the same about Hayden so here is hoping.

I don't have the times in front of me but wasn't Stoner pretty average in the post season tests of 2006 on the Ducati? If I recall, it wasn't until after the test ban that he got fast. I could be wrong, though.
 
IIRC he was the fastest on track in his first day of testing. But i dont have a link to support that so you will have to just believe me. (iv been wrong plenty of times though).

Lets just hope that Hayden can be up there and its a 5 way fight for the title!

You Have a great point we (me and jumkie) made the drive to miller and it was totally worth it. If i ever buy a vacation house out of state it will definetly be in tooele so i can do as many track days as possible. I love Laguna but overall fan expierience Miller was a better track, hopefully they'll have a gp there one day. The only thing thats better than riding a motorcycle is ...!!!!

Wrong mate, Pedrosa topped the test. Casey was 6th or 7th, from memory. One of the Suzukis was second, I think CV.
