Nick Harris Bingo - four your house next Race

Is it just me that the news that Nick Harris is retiring at the end of the season has passed by or did anyone else know too?

I've never been a fan of his commentary but the man has never been anything other than a gent when I've met him in person.

Didn't know either. He's a nice man, probably never realized he was far too singularly obsessed with Rossi though, but again, how could he, 90% of his audience are boppers. I like his enthusiasm and expression of excitement. Good luck to him.

Be nice if they brought an ex racer in who would be impartial, or maybe someone who would be a bit critical.

How about Doohan?

I don't think Doohan is impartial. He backs Rossi's camp for everything, even Malaysia 2015.

I was surprised how many riders and former champs did, but I bet all of them to a man would have been singing a different tune if done to them. It's amazing how many talk hard then act like a ..... like Rossi did when someone races him hard. Colin Edwards took Rossi's side, I couldn't help but think about when Collin whined like a ..... about James Toseland "stealing" his crew chief, let alone getting kicked on the track. Edwards would being it back up every chance he could too, holding on to a grudge like Rossi. As if it wasn't a decision to switch crew chiefs at a higher pay grade than Toseland. Edwards stopped talking to Toseland like a high kid dumping him on Farcebook. Truth is most of these champs talked like they were ready for combat but often whined about it when they found themselves on the losing end. But if they happened to be on the winning end of a battle, well, it's just racing.


The story of Sepang is that Rossi wasn't man enough to race Marquez. We all salivate at the prospect of battles, many of these champs, particularly Rossi are admired for supposedly being fighters, yet this was thee greatest example of a ..... out.

I remember the Edwards and Toseland fall out, quite embarrassing on Colins part. To be fair though it's no surprise he sticks up for Rossi since he was his lackey for 3 seasons at Yamaha.

I thought ours were terrible, was listening to another commentary on something to do with racing, it was in German which was great as I don't understand a word lol.
How about offering Trump the post after he retires from the WH, he sticks it to everyone.

It's amazing some of the stuff commentators come out with, Burnicle never fails to make me laugh with some of the stuff he comes out with. Best one was years ago when he didn't realise he was on air and said about presenter Tony Carter "Carter's probably talking out his arse as usual"

Toby Moody used to irritate me with the way he pronounced names, Huewen gets me angry because he's just obnoxious and I can't stand to listen to him.

Could be worse though and end up with Jonathan Green.

I begin to like steve day. I think he gonna replace nick in moto gp as well.

Our best commentator is Leigh Diffey, but I don't think he's American. Probably Aussie.
