Hey everyone. I'm a 20 year old college student from Wisconsin. I've been watching MotoGP for about 3 or 4 years now, and I finally decided to look for a nice place to learn more. After a quick google search, I found this place, and it looks great.

welcome on the forum! don't be affraid to ask questions if you don't know stuff (not like I would know all the answers, but there are quite a few people on here who know a lot)

I've no idea where wisconsin is on the map, so excuse me if this question is WAAAAY to dumb, but any chance for you to go to Laguna this year??

A friend of mine and I are going to try to road trip out to Laguna Seca this year, but nothing's final yet. I don't support any particular rider. Rossi of course amazes me with his skill with the Yamaha which definitely doesn't seem to be as good as the Hondas or Ducatis. All of them of course have awesome skills, and they all seem to be very friendly (unlike F1 drivers, who seem to be ridiculously arrogant).

As far as school goes, I was studying electrical engineering, but I just recently decided to switch to biomedical engineering and do med school as well.

Right now, I've just been browsing, but this seems to be the place to get any kind of information about MotoGP, and to just talk to other people who enjoy it as well. Not too many people enjoy MotoGP or F1 around here haha.

For the most part, as well as boring sports like baseball. I'm a huge fan of hockey (played for a long time) and lacrosse. You know, exciting sports.

Yeah I know..

Are you any good at playing hockey then??
I'm ok, even if I say so myself!!! I was even allowed to join the guys in Highschool, but that wasn't much fun really, cause most of the guys only wanted to win, and I just wanted to have fun basically

I assume it's the red part, right??

the only thing I need to know now is where Laguna is to know how long your roadtrip will be
<
and lacrosse, what's that?? (I know I might come across really stupid/dumb now, not knowing all those things
<
see, even I ask questions about things I don't know

Ha, small world! I grew up in Madison, but I'm in Milwaukee at MSOE for school, so you wouldn't have been too far from my dorm. Juneau goes right between the 2 dorms, they're at the intersection of Juneau and Milwaukee Street.

Welcome to the board...I was in Green Bay and Ellison Bay this past October...It's beautiful out there...

Yeah, that's a really nice area. My dad goes fishing up in Sturgeon Bay every year and I went with him once a few years ago. Gorgeous area!
